On July 18th, 2023, I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. The receptionist's behavior was highly disappointing as he lacked basic communication etiquette, especially when dealing with families. We had to endure a frustrating 15-20 minute interaction with this individual. When I requested to speak with the hotel manager, he audaciously claimed to be the manager himself. Despite booking two single bed rooms, he informed us that they were unavailable, forcing us to either take a master bedroom or find alternative accommodation. Moreover, we were charged an exorbitant amount above the agreed-upon rate. Overall, it was an extremely unsatisfactory stay and left a lot to be desired in terms of service and professionalism.
