The reception was very friendly. The briefing and check-in was awesome. The services were good and the rooms too. i really enjoyed my stay at Enashipai.

The rooms are big enough with the required facilities Further, the cleanliness is of high standard . The quality of meal offered is superb and the variety is wide enough. However, the roofing for the golf cars need to be enlarged to avoid being rained on.

After having hard moment of life in any situation, the indicated, recommended place from where you have to restart your life hopefully and successfully is at Naivasha, Enashipai Resort & SPA. Not to flatter you, but it's true. Go, try, and you shall believe!

Super clean, value for money and exceptional service! Have great staff as well. Staff is very friendly and proactive. Compound clean and lots of activities to engage in. The Siyara Spa is also amazing

Excellent Facility, beautiful rooms. Only issue was the matter where i had paid HB and during dinner I was advised that i was on BB. This was cleared , but was not a good experience,

Need to improve on transport system within the hotel as the rooms are very far. This will make the quests comfortable.

This place is tranquil, refreshing to body and soul. I enjoyed bird watching, the walking trail, a boat ride to crescent island, the meals and the ever so friendly staff-all of them are eager to help with a smile on their face. I just loved the energy, it's so refreshing. Day or night, there are things to do and sounds to enjoy. Worth every coin!
