We checked in at 3am on the first day, and the lights in the corridor were off. We found that one room had no towels, the toilet was not flushed, and another room had no mineral water, which meant that the cleaning was not done. We returned to the hotel on the second night and found that the room was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced, and the mineral water was not replenished. On the third day, there were still no towels, bath towels, and mineral water. It was only after I complained to the front desk that the housekeeping depar**ent sent them. This is the first time I heard that the cleaning and replacement of towels and bath towels will only be done if the guests take the initiative. The breakfast is not rich, and there will be nothing to eat if I go a little later. The hotel facilities are old and the service is not good. The only good thing is that it can send you to the airport for free.

Was from December 31 to January 15, 15 nights. A little expensive, I paid 65,000 rubles. But compared to other hotels in the city, this one is absolutely excellent. Quiet room, excellent breakfast on the 5th floor. The only negative is that in winter it’s just a dud there. Nothing is heated in the pantry. There is an air conditioner in the room and it heats normally.

The hotel, located in the center and close to the airport, actually met our expectations. Very spacious rooms with full equipment. Some of the equipment seems a bit old-fashioned, while the hotel looks quite modern from the outside. Everywhere is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. There was a slight problem with the water draining from the bathtub, but the bathroom was quite comfortable. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights. One before leaving for Pamir and two after returning. Breakfasts were exactly the same during this time, so they may get boring after a longer stay? Served as a buffet, seemingly with a large selection, they are not the hotel's strong point. Maybe it's a matter of our habits. The local cold cuts and sliced ​​cheeses have virtually no taste. However, no one left breakfast hungry. There was also a problem with the TV channels, but after calling the reception a "specialist" came and somehow set them up. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location and these small minuses did not change the overall very positive rating. The hotel also offers a SPA, sauna, bowling alley and conference room.
