Not a very pleasant experience. The area is nice if you have a car to get there. The hotel itself is a bit boring, restaurant small and not very cosy. But great quality food. Critical issue was the staff: nobody is available, reception not manned during most of the day, hardly any service except during pre-planned meals. Not much attention is given to the rooms (internet weak, TV not working). When I asked what time the reception intends to start working the next morning i was told 0600. At 0730 still nobody around meaning no bill and no taxi but a plane to catch. Not cool. Will try to avoid the place in future.

This hotel is located in a picturesque area, is quiet, elegant and has a wonderful restaurant and terrace. The service and staff were both excellent. A wonderful destination for a weekend getaway though not sure there is much to do in the area apart from hiking and walking. There is a stable nearby so I assume riding is also possible.

We spent five nights in this hotel. The location is lovely and there is much to enjoy here. The hotel itself has the potential to be outstanding but lack of attention to detail is letting it down. The room was spacious with a good, modern bathroom but the room was very dark. There were no drawers in the bedside tables and no mirror at the desk which meant hair drying had to be done in the bathroom. There were no hooks for outdoor clothing so nowhere to hang wet coats. In the shower there was no shelf where you could put shampoo, shower gel etc. The dining areas were beautifully decorated but the tables were perhaps too close together. The breakfast buffet, which is at the foot of the stairs in what should be a seating area, was rather disappointing. There was a good selection of tea but it was served as a teabag with a glass of hot water, black tea needs boiling water and it would be nice to have a teapot. All the staff were friendly and helpful but unfortunately one member of reception staff let us down on more than one occasion by not doing what they promised. It was also disappointing that an item I left in the room and reported the same day we checked out was never located and returned to me. A little more effort to find it would have been appreciated. We didn’t eat at the hotel every evening but went to a restaurant nearby. Unfortunately both this restaurant and the hotel restaurant are both closed on Mondays and we had to drive to get a meal.

wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes hotel. wir haben da ausgezeichnet gegessen und leckeren wein getrunken. schöne zimmer. sehr freundliches personal. wir waren mit unserem hund da. der durfte zwar nicht mit zum frühstück, hatte aber schöne spazierwege.

Wir haben das Hotel rein als Übernachtung gebucht und das war perfekt. Ruhig gelegen, dass Zimmer konnte verdunkelt werden, das Bad war perfekt und das Zimmer ca. 30 m² groß. Nach unserer Feststellung, jedoch nicht behindertengerecht. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, nur über eine Treppe erreichbar, der Eingang sehr beengt.

Alles perfekt. Schönes Sonntagsessen zu acht mit der Familie Guter Service Faire Preise Ordentliche Karte mit guter, aber nicht zu viel Auswahl. Schöne Räumlichkeiten, vor allem bei gutem Wetter Ausreichend Parkplätze. Rundum gelungen.

Dass man in diesem Hotel nicht im historischen Gebäude übernachtet, sondern im modernen Anbau versteht sich fast von selbst. Das Haupthaus ist eher klein und beherbergt das Restaurant. Es ist nicht schlecht und einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten Halbpension zu einem erstaunlich günstigen Preis und haben diese ausgiebig genutzt. Ansonsten liegt die Anlage recht abgelegen in einer Hügellandschaft und lädt zum Wandern und Spazierengehen ein. Außer einem weltbekannten Reiterhof ist nichts in der Nähe. Viel unternehmen kann man in der näheren Umgebung nicht. Im Januar war es hier sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten zwei richtig schöne Tage beim ersten Abteilungsmeeting nach eineinhalb Jahren. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, vor allem im alten Teil. Es wird bei der Dekoration auf Details geachtet. Die Verpflegung während des Meetings war sehr gut und ausreichend. Abend- und Mittagessen hatten wir im Restaurant. Auch das war sehr gut. Auf die Corona-Maßnahmen wurde geachtet. Das Personal war sehr nett und bei den Seminarräumen sehr aufmerksam.
