Maxx Royal Kemer Resort

I come with my family for first time in Maxx Royal Kemer and we have a wonderful time together The service was amazing the weather was perfect and everyone had so much fun. Our Maxx Assistants was very helpful and kind if we need anything. We will come back for another visit and we highly recommend if you have a child this is the best resort for them having an amazing place for them Maxiland full of great activities and professional people working there.

The best service hotel in the world , have a best food and see , but the doctor medicine serves is not enough i intersted to him project and well be back in the next year because in this year have a war for israel solders atacted gaza city and have broblem for flight

We visited the Maxx kemer with my family and children. It’s important to mentioned the beautiful location and nature that surrounds the hotel. Also the clear clean water and the different beaches that can serve all ages. But also we had a few challenges that we believe it is importance to share: At the beginning and very important is that it was uncomfortable to see the low number of proper english speakers in almost all places of the resort, even some of the managers had poor or no english at all, or even English with a unprofessional accent. This led to a lot of misunderstandings and confusion sometimes and also incorrect orders. As for the food there was no consistency in the restaurants. The same dishes were served in a different way every time. Waiters and also managers sometimes did not know the ingredients of the dishes. In almost all the restaurants the employees were very loud speaking to each other in different languages and sometimes in high tone in front of us and other people. This happened different times during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shows were a bit different from previous years but they were still repetitive. The music was very loud everywhere almost and sometimes late, only one night was balanced between the theatre and the beach area. Also, I asked my assistant if it’s possible to play a song for my small daughter 10 min. before the shows start and she directed me to the show manager who was a casual man with a beard and a whisky glass in his hand inside the music booth!!!The situation was not comfortable and I left without saying anything!! Anyways i am sharing this because my kids love the hotel and they ask to come every year especially for maxi land which was the main reason for us to back with family every year. We love the hotel and the concept in general and we will also visit the new property in Bodrum in September but it is important that management team look into these points. Really this time we did not feel the expected luxury

I recently visited the resort with my family and children. As usual, we loved the natural surroundings, the beautiful weather, and the pristine beach. However, this time we encountered a few challenges that are worth mentioning. One of the most uncomfortable aspects of our stay was the lack of proper English speakers in many areas of the resort. Surprisingly, even some managers had poor or no English skills, which often led to incorrect orders and misunderstandings. Additionally, there was no consistency in the food. The same dish could be prepared differently each time we ordered it. More frustratingly, waiters and even managers sometimes did not know the ingredients of the food. In most of the restaurants and bars we visited, employees were very loud, frequently speaking to each other in different languages, sometimes angrily, right in front of us and other guests. This happened during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The shows, although slightly different from last year, felt very repetitive. The music and performances were also excessively loud everywhere. One night, I asked an assistant if the DJ can play a song for my daughter 10 minutes before the show starts, and she directed me to the show manager, who was a bearded man in casual attire with a whisky glass in hand inside the music booth. This made me feel uncomfortable, so we decided not to speak and leave. Overall, the most important thing was that the kids enjoyed Maxi land, which was a big reason we returned this year. We love the hotel, but it is important that management addresses these concerns as we did not feel the expected luxury this time.

We have been to the Maxx Royal in Belek on two previous occasions and wanted to try Kemer this time. We knew that it was very well rated and that it looked beautiful and after being here I can confirm that it really is. However, what makes this resort really special is the people that work there. They are some of the kindest people that you will meet. We experienced this personally when, unfortunately, our 3yr old son became ill with a virus that he would have caught before we left England. He was not very well and we had to use the resort doctor a few times. The care that we received from all of the Maxx Royal team was beyond excellent. They were so caring and helpful, doing everything possible to make us comfortable and make our boy happy. This brings me to our Maxx Assistants, Marina and Evgeniya. They are not just two of the most helpful people that you could ever meet, they are also two of the nicest people that you could ever meet. They were so kind to us and they organised so many things that we needed, like medicine for our child and balloons and toys to keep him happy. They were always asking how he is and coming to talk to him. He is often shy with new people but he came to think of them as his friends. I really can't thank them enough, they are such great representatives of the Maxx Royal brand. The resort itself is beautiful, the service is outstanding, the food is varied and plentiful and it's just a pleasure to be there even when external circumstances make it challenging. I want to thank everyone at Maxx Royal Kemer for everything that you did for us. We will definitely come back and I would recommend this resort to anyone.

We've been in MaxxRoyal for almost 2 weeks celebrating our honeymoon. The service here is absolutely amazing, never seen this before. We've been guided by fabulous Marina Trayan and Eugenia, each of our request was granted, one should just write in the chat of MaxxRoyal App and get what one wants. A special topic of this resort is food. It is very tasty and dinky here. Here you can find a-la-carte restaurants of Mexican, Turkish, Mediterranean and even Russian cuisine. All in all our resort went very well and we would be happy to return one more time!

Our stay at Maxx Royal Kemer was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we seen great hospitality and outstanding service. Our assistant Karoline that greeted us on our arrival was very friendly, she helped us with the check in process and accommodation. This was my 3rd trip at this beautiful resort and everything is to the highest standards since my first trip here , the accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was extremely comfortable. When it comes to dining at Maxx Royal Kemer they offer a wide variety of restaurants, each serving delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality of the food was consistently excellent. The housekeeping was high standard . Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience of luxury and comfort. We had this trip for our parents Anniversary and we decided to celebrate it here as a surprise trip for them. My parents loved it and they were amazed by the surprise we received in our last day of staying here , in which i wanted to thank the front office manager Mr. Beytullah Parlak for making this happen. Also I wanted to thank some team members for their hospitality during our stay our assistant Karolina Belokon , Isa and Hamid at Twenty4 , Eyp at Seavore and Yancy at Kalamata. Many thanks to the entire staff for their hard work and hospitality , they are amazing and they offered top notch service here. I highly recommend Maxx Royal Kemer for anyone looking for a top-tier resort experience. I can’t wait to return with my entire family.

Excellent experience overall. The staff at each and every department being sincerely friendly, attentive and really going the extra mile. Amazing professionals! Such consistency is rare and especially in seasonal resorts. Our Maxx Assistants Eddie and Kamilla were very welcoming, available and extremely helpful. They were always reachable but never “too much” - absolute professionals! Food was good, variety amazing. For example, breakfast is served in 3 or more restaurants. Sports activities program is impressive. We especially enjoyed pilates reformer with Buket - she is a star! Kids club is a gem. Probably the best we have seen. Entertainment program for kids was brilliant. People looking after kids - there were so many and all very friendly with positive energy.

We had a perfect time, again :) Turkish Restaurant: outstanding service, gökhans team and him itself made every wish possible we had (they even prepared a specific dish which was not on the menu) Japenese Restaurant + the recommendations of Sonny were also very outstanding!
