Don’t be put of by any bad reviews this hotel is lovely, we as a couple from uk go for a relaxing holiday , this hotel is mostly German, Hungarian, French etc think we seen one English but that didn’t put us off . Plenty of different foods plenty of choice, the staff were friendly and lovely, entertainment was good too , pool area is clean and plenty of sun beds only one thing I would say is to have smokers sit at the tables to smoke and not at beds , you must think if none smokers please . Also away from the doors outside. The beach is a walk away so close and lovely too . This hotel I would of give a 5 star if it had free WiFi and the smoking issue Maybe put the extra for WiFi on the price of hotel people would pay it . Would I return definitely yes thank you .

All 5 of us in the family got poisoned by their food, the glasses at the pool were dirty..As I saw, they were not washed at all, but only rinsed. One day, they served salty drinks all day because the machine broke, even when we notice them they still serve salty or poisoned drink. They spent the whole day correcting the mistake, but they still served us all the salty or poisoned drink. Salt water was flowing from the nap in the badroom! compared to last year, the selection of food is 1x smaller, without changing the menu, the same food for 7 days. Hard bread and buns for breakfast, probably from the previous day.The woman serving in the kitchen was not even satisfied with the tringelt. Also the service and in general all the new personals has gone down a lot. The staff behave is really bad. We have been going to the same hotel for 5 years, after such a disappoin**ent, we will never go again I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

I'm giving a review of the hotel, the whole stay was relatively okay except for a few minor things that could have been avoided. On the last day, I was very angry, because we had to leave the hotel at 17.00 and it was not possible to do a late check-in, we even joined 2 families, 1 room would have been enough for us. But the hotel is not willing to accommodate us, you simply have to leave the room by 12:00, the whole last day it spoiled the mood of both our families. We will certainly not return to this hotel after these experiences and we will certainly not recommend the hotel to anyone. In a 5* hotel hy, such a service should have been a matter of course.

We have just came back from our holiday... all I have to say this hotel not even near 5* hotel... We enjoyed the holiday until we got the food poisoned. We were family of 4 and we were vomiting after 2 days of our holiday. I don't eat that many cakes but I have tried 1 carrot cake, but other members of my family had a few slices of cakes. So we are not sure what has caused the vomiting... but we have been told not to eat cakes by one friendly Georgian guy at the bazaar, but kind of it was too late ... Lucky enough there was a pharmacy 5 minutes away from the hotel and the pharmacist was very helpful! Funny enough my husband went to the pharmacy two days later after our incident to get something else for his mum, and he met a couple from Washington hotel. Unfortunately, they have also experienced unplesant stay and were seeking for advice from food poisoning 😕. Definitely, there is a problem with food at this hotel...!! The problem is they put out the cakes and fresh salads at 5pm but the dinner served at 7pm, so all left outside for 2 hours prior dinner time. (See the photo taken at 4:56pm and the cakes were already out) There are lots of flies around and food can get poisoned easily if it's left outside for too long! So, be aware of what you eat there. It seems like there is not enough management in this hotel to control everything. Also, there are lots of German people staying at this hotel, and the majority of staff are speaking only German. And, only a few people speak English. There was one rude guy at the bar by the reception and seems like he was never happy... On a good note there are plenty of food choice but my advice eat only cooked food and stay away from the cakes and fresh salad. But if you fancy a cake or biscuit there is a patisserie open between 11am-4pm and all cakes are stored in the fridge. However, we are not sure if it is the left over from the day before... So be aware! Suggestion: The hotel needs to get fridge to store the cakes, salads and milk during the breakfast/lunch/dinner time to keep the food fresh and prevent food poisoning. We reported the food poisoning case to the reception but nothing has been done about this... However, they tried to make up to us and brought a basket of fresh fruits and wine to the room. I don't think we will be back to this hotel again as it was unpleasant experience. We have been to Turkey a few times now and this was our first food poisoning... We stayed at 3* and 4* starts hotels in the past, and it was much better than this 5* stars Hotel. We would not give more than 3.5* stars to this hotel.

Lets be honest: from time to time no aircondition in the main hallway, at floor corridors and in the elevator, big sweating Lunch is only between 12:30 to 14:00, not any snack before that The rooms are not cleaned Take your own shampoo with you in case you run out of it in the room because you have to wait for days Entertainment is nothing special just to say they have it

I have literally just come back of a 10 day All inclusive at Washington Hotel, there was a big group of us 10 adults and 8 children, which was not a problem at all, all I can say that it's definitely not catered for the English, we met 2 different English families which was nice to be able to speak to somone different, the Hotel it's self is lovely, clean, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh white towels, the shops in the hotel are great, great priced and staff are so polite, the waiter's are amazing, can't do enough for you, cant say the same about the bold man in the lobby bar is as smily ( clearly hates people and his job! ) bar staff at the entertainment are great, big shout out for the water polo boy works so hard for such a young lad, DRINKS...definitely not enough alcohol choices, or even alcohol thay even gets u tipsy! FOOD...food was great if your Russian or German, definitely not catered for the English, unless u want to eat pasta, chips or spaghetti bol every night! GUESTS...Russians and German are definitely rude, push when children are wanting a drink, there like vultures when it's food time, pile there plates and jump queues and literally walk in to you, not my type of people. HOTEL REP... we met the hotel rep who was a young lad, seemed lovely, very helpful, until he wanted our money and charge us out of the earth for a trip to the market and a jeep safari ( which was an amazing trip ) but please look and do this your self, definitely not through him.. he told us 24hrs before leaving to ring or message over pick up for transfer, never got back to us or never answered, but we did hear this alot about him!! The hotel is about 20 mins drive away from the centre, there are a few shops and a little market near by, but if you are wanting it's busy then this hotel is definitely not for you., would I come back to this hotel, NO... there are better for the English and closer the shops!

Very good hotel, friendly and professional stuff, excellent service, very very delicious and varied food, the best animation: even some more expensive hotels don’t have this kind of animation. Good value for money. The only thing I didn’t like that my room was on the fifth floor (it’s a mansard): it was very hot (there was AC thanks God) and there are low ceilings on the fifth floor. The receptionist of the hotel promised me to give a room on the second or third floor when I come the next time. I will definitely come again.
