Lovely rooms, very clean, great food and lovely staff. On the downside the drinks were pretty average. Coffee not great, wine not great, soft drinks varied, spirits weak. Also found it very odd for a supposed 5 star to have to pay extra for things like pool towels, some “premium” sun beds and bottled water? Not expected. The dining areas could really do with better lighting and some added character - they feel a bit canteen-like. However the food was really very good. Fresh, varied and tasty with lots of options. Deserts were also excellent. And the staff are great all round. It’s a quiet hotel, peaceful, with little or no evening entertainment even in peak summer. But if that’s what you like this is hard to beat. We walked into the village one evening which was so nice with a few good local restaurants, and only took 10/15 mins to walk. The grounds, pool area and rooms are so well kept and can’t be faulted. We were in the swim up rooms which were very lovely with great views. Best of both worlds. Overall I would definitely recommend it, and would certainly go back.

Friendly and helpful front desk. Bars were understaffed and slow. Food was hit or miss. Some was very nice while other selections were bland.

Hotel rules and instructions weren't clear, no information where to get beach towels, no prices for inroom dining etc. also although we had all inclusive, we needed to pay extra for certain services etc. Drink service didn't work properly at lunch and dinner.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks with extended family. Food: tasty, always warm, a lot of variety (appreciated a lot of seafood choices) Room: pick a room with a sharing pool Staff: everyone really friendly and accommodating Main pool: nice with a poolbar in the middle and really good for small kids as on two parts depth gradually increases Beach: we did not visit often as it was windy and wavy, so you really appreciate all the pool options Animation: no animation (minidisco etc) for kids, 1 greek night and 2 one man shows in two weeks - as a family with small kids we would apeciate something more in the evening time, but the hotel is still relatively new and maybe still developing in this area Cleanliness: very appreciated the cleaning team work - towels changed every day Advice: rent a car and discover Chania area

We stayed nine days in a pool access room, all inclusive. Overall the resort isn't too bad. Good bedding. The buffet is pretty good. The average household. As a paid option: swimming pool towel, deckchair at the collective swimming pool... The only possibility of catering within walking distance outside the hotel is a real scam... But you will find all the shops within a few minutes by car in the town of Kolympari . The view is not bad, but there are better elsewhere, sorry. Value for money, therefore a little high for the service.

The evaluation of the structure overall is positive even if there are many small things still to improve, below are some suggestions. For example, improving the breakfast buffet for those who don't eat salty foods. The machines that dispense freeze-dried cappuccino coffee and milk are not up to par. The fruit is roughly cut placed in a fridge and unappealing. We asked to heat up some almond milk as it was only available cold and we were told that it wasn't possible...I don't expect that from a resort as well as charging for the use of the safe when now everyone includes it in the price .

Overall it was pleasant. But there are a few points that need improvement. For example there is an a la carte restaurant, but in fact you have no choice, it's a mystery menu because in no place do you have the menu displayed. As for the buffets, they are good but very quickly repetitive. There is also a lack of local products. The setting is magnificent as is the swimming pool, however there is nothing at the beach too bad. And especially for us who only spoke French, no people nor any document explaining the operation of the hotel in French. But I want to say that we had an excellent stay.

Well maintained hotel, spacious rooms, superb facilities (swimming pools, gym, dining rooms) Good location provided you have a car (generally necessary on Crete). Very pleasant staff
