We went to the spa to relax with our husband. 3.5 hours drive from Moscow. A very beautiful area with lakes and beautifully manicured grasslands. The hotel stands on the shore, surrounded by a forest. The room can see the beach, a large panoramic window, where you can drink tea, enjoy nature, hot springs and swimming pools, and 2 Hamams, a balcony with a sauna, heated lounge chairs, and overlook the lake. The cost of the visit is 500 rubles per person per day. It is pleasant to walk along the embankment:. There are fountains, yacht clubs, bike rentals while walking, I met who came from the village, which made me feel happy to come to the fox I like everything.

The pricing policy to charge extra fee seemingly "on every occasion" ruins the whole impression of the stay. While trying to order our breakfast in the room (we stayed in Premium room, fully prepaid, breakfast included) we were offered to pay full price for breakfast for the second time (instead of just a fee for delivery which is common practice). It is outrageous!

thesis the best resort in Moscow I've ever been. so much staff we got it, and our children was so enjoying having his time with animation guys. the room was clean, thanks for welcome amenities and card from manager, it was so personal touch, we appreciated it

Excellent location with river facing promenade along with multiple food options available. Lot of recreation options for kids and adults both in the hotel and outside the hotel. Restaurants were good but lacked Vegetarian options. Very few English speaking people so can face difficult in communicating if you don't know Russian. Overall staff is excellent and very helpful.

1st visit to this resort. In overall feel cozy. Sufficient breakfast choices, nice swimming pool. Could see lots of family visits with children, probably good for family trip. Only unpleasant point is that the reception didn't inform me about parking registration policy during check-in. Had to pay unnecessary costs for first 2~3 days parking.

Exceptional hotel located at the fantastic place. The staff is very helpful and client-oriented. There are three restaurants at the hotel. Though the price is above average, the meals are very tasty. There are also many things to do, both at the hotel (pool, gym) and outside (bicycle, walks, swim, sunbathing)

Came for a weekend of golf at the nearby PGA National. The weather had suddenly turned very cold and at checkin I was warmed by an upgrade to a very nice room. The room though, was a bit chilly as the heating seemed to go on only the second day. However, the excellent bed and thick warm blanked ensured I slept well. There was some confusion with appliances, the minibar was plugged into an outlet that works only when the keycard is in the mains switch slot (i.e. was not cold at arrival) and coffee maker into an outlet behind a light switch. The service personnel arrived fast, picked up the problem immediately and cursed the cleaning staff))) Nice stay and the golf was good too despite the weather.

Everything is charged extra: SPA/Beach - you should pay but no one checks if you've paid so if you do pay you feel like a fool. All restaurants are priced at the level of Moscow high dining but of course it is nowhere near this level. Wi-Fi is bad. The rooms are good and the staff are welcoming and polite.
