Very relaxing 2 night stay as part if our trip around Borneo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (a little dated) and the hotel has a rooftop bar that provided us with views of one of the best sunsets we have ever witnessed. The hotel were also kind enough to offer us a free welcome drink at the bar along with a cake to celebrate my birthday. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

New experience to stay in such hotel, superb service, excellent care of the guests, beautiful deco and set up. Highly recommend for any potential guests to sabah. The standard review only provide 5 stars rating, personally I give ritz residence, miminum 8 stars ratings. Things to improve : The lifts, for those driving, need to make it more inconvenience.

Hotel is nice, clean and have good amenities. The room is clean, though not new, but all amenities are working fine. The bed is comfortable and comes with 2 pillows each. The room even has a study table. We use it as a dining table instead. The room has a unique toilet. The shower and toilet bowl is separated having a door each and next to each other. Also, the wall and door of the toilet can slide fully open exposing the sink and the doors of shower and toilet bowl. You can just slide to close everything if you want privacy. The hotel staffs are nice too and attend to your request promptly. I requested for extra pillow and they sent it within a few minutes. The breakfast was also good and delicious. They have a wide variety of dishes from local, western, Indian, Chinese. Though everyday is similar but they change certain dishes such as from fried noodle to fried kuey tiow, fried rice to nasi lemak, etc. The hotel is also close to the waterfront, eating places and walking distance to Suria Sabah shopping centre. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.

The first time I experienced the capsule room, it was not bad, the bed was quite big. . . The staff was also very good. After check-out, I still let the luggage for a big day stay until 12 o'clock in the morning. The only place that is not very satisfactory is breakfast. It is a bit late, I don’t know if it is provided. Breakfast is available. . . The staff indicated that the bread on our table could be eaten, but it was already moldy when opened. . . Maybe the weather is too hot, I hope the store can pay attention to this, the others are quite good.

I was surprised when I saw this hotel is rated as 2 stars in google. Like whatt? This hotel should be rated as 3 to 4 stars bcs the hotel services are the best. The hotel building is also huge. Perfect for staycation! Highlights: Friendly staff and efficient check in process. The front office staff explained very clearly about the hotel facilities. Good job! Spacious and clean room, modern room design, Smart Tv included, great ambience, free & fast wifi connection. I loveee the free breakfast and I’m a huge coffee lover, I like that there is a coffee maker, very convenient. The croissant is also amazing! Yes it is an old hotel but it has been refurbished. Simple lobby and simple deluxe room but everything is functional and refurbished and very clean. Mattress and pillows are ok but it is definitely not the luxury hotel standards (marriott, hilton, hyatt). Anyway this is a 4 star hotel and not 5 star therefore for the price it charges, it is value for money. Buffet breakfast is ok for 4 star hotel and there is a coffee machine.

The apartment is more comfortable than the hotel. First, there is good air circulation. Second, there is space for children. Third, they can cook by themselves. It is very convenient for shopping and grocery shopping. You need to swipe your card to come in downstairs. There are two doors without worrying about safety. The aunt has a friendly cleaning attitude. There is a bar street on the opposite side of the apartment, and you can watch the sunset. It rained that day and the burning clouds after sunset were so beautiful! NaNa people are very nice, we can check out at 2 o'clock in the afternoon on our plane at night, and also printed out the information for us, which is very recommended!

It’s a large community. There is a swimming pool. There is no breakfast. There is a shopping mall. It’s imago. The Sunday market is about 3 kilometers away from Tanjung Aru. The sunset is about 4 kilometers away. The suites for our five girls are very good and spacious, with three bedrooms and two bedrooms. Weiyi living room with kitchen terrace is great

The location are superb. Its very convenience because near 7E, Orange, restaurant and big mall. Easy to find food and things needed even late night. The only thing is the bed are suit only for 1 person while I'm book for 2 person and the room are not soundproof. By the way, everything is ok and excellent. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Thank you for the great service.

Good location.. but if u bring ur vehicle I don't suggest u to stay here. Not convenient for those who bring vehicle.. Park here could cost u up to RM 50+++++ as it charged u RM 10 per hour after 10pm.. but...trip.com..what da hell is convenient fee? I was asked to pay convenient fee upon arrival + depo.. why didn't include in booking. Means got to bring extra money.. not much but..still money and it was hidden charges..
