Nice location, lovely view of harbour and close to Bodensee. Restaurant hours were very limited but there are other better options nearby for dinner and lunch.

Ein gutes Hotel mit maritimen Flair im Yachthafen. Ich bin leicht irritiert über die vorherigen schlechten Bewertungen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und mit Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alle Angestellten sehr nett und freundlich. Okay, das Abendessen im Ahoi war nicht so toll. Aber das Hotel kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 134, welches direkt über der Rezeption/Anlieferung/Parkplatzeinfahrt war. Zimmer nicht klimatisiert, daher Schlafen mit offener Balkontür angedacht. War aber unmöglich, da am frühen Morgen ein andauernd lauter Krach das Schlafen unmöglich machte. Zudem war ein Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon durch zeitweisen fäkalienartigem Gestank nicht möglich. Echt eine Zumutung! Diese Themen beim Auschecken angesprochen, wurden völlig ignoriert. Ein „das nächste mal bekommen Sie ein ruhigeres Zimmer“ hätten wir erwartet. Aber nichts dergleichen. Für uns daher: nicht wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich! Der Fitnessbereich besteht leider nur aus 3 Crosstrainern. Jemand, der Interesse am Segeln hat, findet dort bestimmt seinen Spaß. Doch wenn das nicht der Fall sein sollte, würde ich zu einer anderen Unterkunft raten. Der Ausblick beläuft sich auf den Yachtcharter. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, doch ist die Auswahl nicht sehr groß.

Estuve en este hotel por el Aero22 de Friedrichshafen. Hubo un error en la reserva entre el centro de asistencia de Aero22 y el hotel, y me obligaron a pagar a mi la equivocación. Nula sensibilidad. El personal de recepción no tomó ningún interés en corregir el error llegando a mof**** cuando reclamé. Hotel muy caro por lo que ofrece.

Selten so etwas schlechtes erlebt! Ich bewerte normalerweise nur gute Restaurants, das Hotel mit dem angeschlossenen Restaurant Ahoi ist unterirdisch! Die Bedienung knallt alles mit Wucht auf den Tisch! Das eine Steak war zu blutig und das andere extrem versalzen! Die Sosse absolut lieblos und der Salat war an Geschmacklosigkeit kaum zu überbieten. Das Hotelzimmer war nicht sauber, flecken am Boden usw. auf Nachfrage ob das Zimmer am nächsten Tag weiter vermietet ist sagte man uns es ist frei und wir können Late Check Out machen für 30 € dafür darf man dann immerhin nicht bis 11 Uhr sondern bis 13 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben. Robinson verlangt auch 30 Euro dafür darf man das Zimmer bis 18 Uhr nutzen. Finger weg von diesem Hotel und diesem Restaurant!!!! Bin mal gespannt ob der Chef wieder so eigenartig reagiert, ich habe schon sehr viele Restaurants etc bewertet und das immer objektiv!

Wir sind als Familie angereist. Es ist ein solides und sauberes Hotel mit guter Lage. Für 3 Sterne komplett ok. Frühstück gab es u.a. frisches Obst, guten Kaffee, frischen O Saft und Semmeln. Nachmittags kann ich besonders die Kuchen empfehlen. Abends kann man sich mit einem Weinchen noch etwas auf die Terrasse setzen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Mücken gab es Mückenschutz an den Balkontüren, aber im Sommer bei Dämmerung muss man mit vielen Mücken am Hafen rechnen. Deswegen einschmieren oder später nochmal rausgehen. Für Familien und fürs Segeln ein gute Adresse.
