This is a fairly new hotel in town. We stayed two nights at the suite and the interior design of the suite is beautifully decorated. I had a technician come at midnight on our first night’s stay due to the standing light and the hot water issue in the bathroom. He helped reset the system for the standing light and readjust the temperature of hot water. It solved my reading problem before bed and a hot bath was made possible. However, the team at the breakfast needs to be trained properly. We didn’t know we should order our hot served food at the table and we went straight to the food station to place our orders. For that, the order became confusing and long waited. A staff accidentally bumped to a tall chair which was next to our table and created a chaos. The manager came to her aid and apologized profusely to us on behalf of her. You can tell that the manager was performing his duty well but the staff walked away without any apologies. Well, though it’s a new hotel, the breakfast team should have gone through more vigorous training and preparation for food. It’s not an ethical excuse for hospitality. Another kind note for those driving in, only 13 parking lots are available in the basement, and it’s for valet parking only.

My recent visit to Renaissance Kuala Lumpur was for a short staycation following new year holiday. Being the Platinum Bonvoy member, the hospitalities that I received were top notch, especially from the front office team, lead by Hazura (Zura) and supported by Bernice, Hami, Khalis and Khadijah. Check in process was super smooth as it was handled very well by Zura. Room design is per standard modern design 5 * Star hotel, with some fresh interior look. Suite room was spacious with a decent living / TV area. The standard king Bed room is also good, with sofa bed provided. The plus point for this hotel, of course being the talk of the town, it's huge pool and playground areas for kids! To family with kids, this is a great hotel to stay considering their pool and playground areas are one of a kind. Plenty of water slides at the pool, also spacious playground area available with rock climbing activities (chargeable and prior booking is required for rock climbing). In summary, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a short staycation closer to KLCC area. Thanks very much to the following Front Office Staffs for the hospitalities during our stay. We initially wanted to stay at the Majestic but the main building was under renovation (Note: NEVER stay in an Annex) and the Cormar was recommended. This was the first time we’ve used a self catering apartment in years - simply put, it was excellent. True, the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and the room could do with a lick of good quality paint but it has all the bells and whistles; the main benefit was the service. The reception ladies were unfailingly helpful throughout (we were given a new TV and connected to Netflix within minutes) and they link themselves to the guests via WhatsApp; this was extremely useful when ordering food – the company owns the restaurants at ground level, together with a pub across the road (The Dark Horse) and menus are sent by PDF to your phone and orders placed with reception for delivery to the room; it all worked very efficiently. The location is as central as you can get, with virtually all needs catered for within walking distance, although taxis are cheap in KL. A tip: don’t activate Grab Taxi until you’re on the street - both Google and the driver get confused as to where the entrance is (which, to be fair, is not that obvious and a bigger/better sign would be useful.) All in all, an excellent establishment; extremely well run by pleasant, competent staff, well located and good value for money. Give it a go!

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

I had a great stay at Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur. The staff was welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

This is an excellent spot for those looking for a cost-effective choice while in KL. Super nice facility with extremely clean bathrooms and common areas, as well as large individual capsules for rest. Staff was super nice and accommodating and gave me a bottom bunk bed even though I didn't request it. Also the fact that there is 24/7 concierge is huge for travelers that get in late at night such as myself. Located right next to a 7/11 as well as an in house cafe, I was well stocked and fed for my long days out in the city. Absolutely worth it.

I could say, the best hotel ever to stay. As for I was here for working purpose nearby this hotel, I am definitely recommended this hotel to everyone that curious to know more. Everything is great! The breakfast also has got a lot of choices and variety starts from asian menu to west menu. For example, Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, rice porridge with a lot of condiment. Then you can also found sausage, hash brown and scramble egg, which is soo good. There were also pastry, even toasted bread with a lot of spread. Then, salad with dressing sauce. Comes with cereal also, then fruits and yogurt. For coffee lovers, dont worry you can brew the coffee as well. For the room, was very clean and comfy.The bed is not that soft but not too stiff also. Just nice, but the pillow ah, i tell you, sooo pillowy and fluffy plus very comfy ! Just laid down your head and it will sink into it. Without you realized, you will fall asleep quickly. Although I dont really like the glass door in the bathroom, which is you have only 1 sliding door to cover either one of two toilets. But dont worry, there is another door you can closed the whole toilet from outside. The heater is working, but water too hot. Need to have a good adjusting skill to get the temperature that you want 😂 One thing I love about this room, there was a washing machine provided with a fridge and induction cooking set. This is so life saving. Although I still dont get it how to use dryer because my clothes still wet after using the washing machine+dryer. But its totally worth it! (maybe depends on the selection of room) Not all room includes washing machine and all stuff as per my room. Iron and board also provided, with hair dryer as well. There are two TVs provided, one in bedroom, another one at living hall. But the channel is limited. But hey, I came here for work so, this is not really bothering me. One thing that I amazed so much is, the rooftop pool which offered you the greatest view of Kuala Lumpur Tower. Majestic ! Next time you want to come here, please go to swimming pool! It is a must ! The pool is not that big by the way. The gym also quite complete with equipments. I just love it ! (Psst! You may also try to request room that facing KL Tower and high floor, but thats upon availability). Oh another thing to highlight, this hotel is located at the end of Lorong Pramlee, and the lobby to drop off/pickup is not that spacious. Plus, the road infront hotel is so steep so be careful of the ramp that is inclining at a level where some cars might crashed/dragged their bumper to the road. Oh here, you may leave you luggage at receptionist for a while, for let say you came early than check in time / after check out. The staff is very helpful. You may asked them, and they will serve you. Staff is friendly and nice. If you wondering what is the nearby public transport, you may look into Monorel Raja Chulan or Monorel Bukit Nanas. As for me, personally I think, Monorel Raja Chulan is nearer to Oasia Hotel, by walking through road 'Jalan Tengah' instead of you walking via main road alongside Jalan Sultan Ismail. Overall, Oasia is a great place to stay. Thank you all ! I recommended this hotel.

This time we are two families coming together. This suite perfectly meets our needs and has Chinese service. The room is very clean and hygienic, and the facilities are all available. It is very close to the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion, and there is a swimming pool on the 6th floor where you can take a nap. Because we came early in the morning, the landlord also helped us check in early. When I checked out, I couldn't find the child's ipad. Later, the cleaning staff found it and informed us through the landlord. Thank you very much. A pleasant trip to Malay, and I will come again next time.
