The location is good, but very pricey for what it offers. Our room was the worst! According to the online check in, it was the last available, but the restroom was clogged. The phone didn't work and the fridge was broken. The ice machines weren't working either. We tried to get a hold of someone to help, but no one was available. It was a good thing that it was a short stay and we only went to sleep.

First night was good, but flooring was coming up in bathroom. Second night, elevator was down. We got ambushed by a bat on the 3rd floor. Scared my 5 and 2 year old granddaughters.
Elevator down the next morning again.
The breakfast and the lady who handled all of that were very good. Lady, failed to get her name, was the best I have experienced in a hotel. I gave her kudos to the manager.

The maid we met was very nice and friendly and the lady that did the breakfast set up and food was very very friendly and treated everyone like they were special. We thought she was the best. did not get her name.
The rest of the place needs a through cleaning. Stains on the carpets. The hall ways were dirty. No soap in our bathroom. Over all it needs a complete redo.

In bad need of updates. Carpets stained/worn/tattered. Common area barely clean. Corners and small spaces unclean. Shower head sprayed on floor.

Nice property. Is starting to appear dated. Breakfast was suppose to End at 9 but it was closing at 845 and lots of the options were picked up.

Came to Austin to race Trans AM series at COTA. Hotel was clean, staff was nice. 20min drive to the track, but did not have to fight airport or downtown traffic because of the hotel location.
