The noise problem really brings the place down. You can hear everything in neighboring rooms and every vehicle that goes down the street. The price is reasonable, the rooms themselves were fine, the staff were very helpful, and the free breakfast was good. It also has some nice common spaces.

Me and my husband were in our honeymoon and booked the deluxe room at this hotel. The deluxe room we paid for said the bedroom had bathtub, king size bed and pool view. When we arrived, they had given out room to someone else and put us in a regular room, with small double beds, no bathtub, and we could not keep the curtains open as the window was facing the corridor were all the other guests could see inside our bedroom. They refused to refund the difference in money we paid, and had the audacity to lie and say the bedroom we booked was cheaper than the deluxe one, when I have all the screenshots of my booking and also the photos of the room. Be careful in booking this hotel, as they won’t take responsibility if there is a mistake. They ruined part of our honeymoon and made this a very upsetting experience. There’s so many other hotels in La Fortuna that are more beautiful, more private and similar price. It’s not worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want to see the screenshots of my booking and the photos of the place they gave me, you can contact me. I have all the proof.

Very cozy and quiet hotel. Lots of green bushes and flowers right behind our window. Felt like we stayed in botanical garden. Kitchen available for convenience.

We stayed at this property for four days. The checkin process was smooth and the staff at this hotel was excellent. As soon as we checked in the hotel, the bathroom flush was broken and the water was everywhere in the bathroom. They had someone come in and fix the issue. Again the same thing happened the next day and we had to call the service person to come in and "fix" again. The day before we checked out the hotel, staff asked us to shift our room to a different room since they were over booked and it was easy to shift us from our current room. We did oblige the request as the staff was nice and didn't have much choice and it was holiday season. Overall, the stay was okay and the staff was pleasant and the location was convenient. The management should look into fixing the property and better managing hotel bookings during the peak season.

Great service, very clean, and great complimentary breakfast of local cuisine daily! The hotel was very conveniently located as it was walking distance to many restaurants and a short drive into town.

Nice clean hotel, very friendly staff, nice little pool with beautiful views of the volcano, the common room/kitchen was useful. It was useful having the pizza restaurant as part of the same thing. Breakfast portions could be a little bigger, though breakfast was nice and healthy with lots of fruit. All in all would recommend.
