The hotel's front desk service is very efficient and check-in is quick. The service attitude is normal, not very enthusiastic but quite satisfactory. The room is relatively tidy, but the luggage bag on the bed is dusty and may not have been touched for a while. There is something wrong with the bathroom design, you can't stretch your legs. The breakfast service attitude is very good, but the variety is very simple. The price-performance ratio is relatively high. There is a station near the door.

Either paid parking 8th per day or otherwise parking 200 meters away. Supposedly a luggage drop-off whose places are taken by people outside the hotel and therefore inaccessible.
The cleanliness in the bathroom and especially in the toilets of which there remain traces.... of the previous customer.
No mattress protector and as a result the sheets do not hold and are not removed hygienically.
Breakfast at 9th, not even yogurt, the frozen pastries are very mediocre.
The woodwork in the rooms is very damaged. The bathroom joints are half.
In short, for one night it's very expensive for the little quality.

The facilities are perfect and the room is clean. The transportation is convenient, very close to the tourist area of Saint-Malo. The breakfast is delicious and clean.
The point is that the reception staff are very kind and worth booking again.

Parking was a challenge but the breakfast was wonderful.
Also there were very little places to eat nearby so we had a salad from the petrol station nearby. There is machine in the lobby of the hotel that you can get a meal from that you can microwave but the person who checked us in didn't tell us and we didn't find it until the next morning

Fabulous over night stop to catch ferry with my dog and mum in a wheelchair- helpful staff - fabulous rooms for accessibility and great breakfast - made it so easy

Although there is a parking option (extra) I used the large shaded public parking 5 mins walk away. Also found a great restaurant within 5 mins walk.
