Hotel & Spa Entremares

It has one star left. old and obsolete. I paid for a double room and they gave me a single for double use, it did NOT have the minimum measurements of a 4-star double. At the reception there was nothing at all, after 2 days I was able to partly solve the problem. I WILL NOT RETURN

My recent stay at the Hotel Entremares in La Manga del Mar Menor has been a bittersweet experience. Although this establishment has some notable qualities, I cannot help but point out several aspects that leave a lot to be desired and that, in my opinion, significantly affect the overall quality of the hotel. One of the first impressions upon entering the rooms at Hotel Entremares was the feeling that time had stopped in terms of the decoration and amenities. The rooms look dated and lack the modernity one would expect from a four-star hotel. Although the air conditioning in the rooms works adequately, unfortunately, this comfort does not extend to the hallways and elevators, where the temperature is uncomfortably high. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the food at the buffet. The lack of variety, the constant repetition of dishes and the minimum quality of the food served leave you very dissatisfied. It is unfortunate that a hotel that boasts four stars does not meet the standards expected in terms of gastronomic offerings. The food in the buffet does not align with the quality that a hotel of this category should offer and would be more similar to that of a two-star establishment. As for the entertainment, although it is advertised as a strong point of the hotel, it has quite a few shortcomings. Although entertainers do their job correctly, they often do not adequately inform about scheduled activities, resulting in very low participation by guests, and even the cancellation of some of them. With the exception of Angela, who is usually in the premium beach bar and stands out for her enthusiasm and energy, the general animation of the hotel could benefit from greater interaction with guests and better promotion of activities. Likewise, the nightly entertainment is very repetitive, 2 nights there is a children's theater and the rest live music. There are no magic shows, circus, etc. Also, the musical group that goes on Sundays is terrible. The hotel's All Inclusive (IT) regime was another point that left me dissatisfied. The alcoholic drink options were limited, coming down to just two cocktails: the mojito and the san francisco. This restriction on the drinks available limited the experience of enjoying a variety of options during the stay. However, the tapas offered at the premium beach bar deserve positive mention, as they provided a much-needed relief from the disappointing buffet food. In terms of facilities, the hotel pool is a problem area. The depth of the pool is excessive just as you enter, which can be dangerous for children and those who are not expert swimmers. In addition, the fact that the pool is shaded from 5:00 p.m. can be uncomfortable for those who wish to enjoy the pool during

Human quality excites, it is the most important thing for my family and for me. It is our fourth year at the Hotel Entren**** and I can say that everyone makes us feel as if we were at home. Much better than at home!! Eternally grateful for making my son and my entire family so happy.

Very good, wonderful atmosphere, space with very tasteful decoration, the staff is all very friendly, the cleanliness is excellent, the meals could be a little more elaborate as it is a 4 star hotel, but always with great quality. I will definitely come back

Good accommodation, good cleanliness, good flavor in the meals. Very friendly staff, good animation entertainment and a very diverse game room. In conclusion, it was a long trip but it was worth the expense, the bad part is that to have the spa you have to pay a very high amount compared to the other options.

-At hotel level it's nothing luxurious but for rest it's enough -meals are ZERO, there's no variety, fruit something very important, not even that (yes, some bananas, oranges and plums). All made in fat, always the same accompaniment, PRE-FRIED POTATOES and there must have been a lot of leftovers. They forget that there are people who don't eat sauces, there are people who care about good food and here we can't do that. ZERO EVEN, I go on vacation several times a year to several destinations and I have never eaten so badly. -drinks are good brand names, I just wrongly asked for a cocktail and they said it was paid separately, it didn't belong to the all inclusive, then I see people asking for what they are served just because they spend their lives giving tips, unacceptable. Beach and very good weather, take a sun hat for the beach and sunscreen the sun is really strong Hotel aimed more at senior excursions

Aging hotel, very large, refurbishment to 2021 standards is necessary. Basic room with the bare essentials. Huge beach, deckchairs not at all comfortable. Very basic breakfast, we are required to wear gloves to help ourselves (Covid) whereas before, we touched the elevator buttons, the chairs which are not always clean, the door handles???
