Sol Costa Daurada

The bad reviews are too harsh this hotel was unreal the staff were lovely and always made us feel welcomed. When we got into our room it was completely spotless not a single flaw anywhere I went with my mum and myself and we loved it the view from our room was amazing and we could see the pool and it was always cleaned every morning. my favourite was the food there was a variety of food and you could pick what you liked and didn’t like. The desert was pretty good you could choose to add extras like sprinkles and for breakfast there was so much that we loved you were able to add chocolate or toffee onto your pastry’s and there was a large selection. Its not too far from the shops but it is a little bit of a walk. This place was a bit out of our price range but it was worth it and I will definitely be coming back again

I want to give a shout out to Rosi, what a lovely lady. Always had a smile on her face, polite and just an overall lovely person. She really made our holiday I dont usually leave reviews, but I felt II needed to give this lady credit for her hardwork The hotel was nice and clean Food was okay, not a great choice for me to be honest, but you can always fine something to get you through the day Entertainment was okay too, again I felt it definitely needed a little more Apart fron this, I had a lovely time

We did half-board. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast superb, stays the same every day -juice, coffee etc included. Dinner was average, although options change each evening which was nice. Room was small but modern and clean. However, we booked balcony with pool view - they didn’t specify which pool, so we had to look over the neighbouring apartment block one instead. Balcony was also in the shade most of the time. Staff were lovely and really helpful, however, we weren’t given much information when we checked in. Overall a gorgeous hotel, pools were fabulous & would definitely return.

Absolutely amazing holiday, my partner and both boys really enjoyed themselves ,great entertainment. Everybody is so kind and welcoming in the hotel and all the surrounding areas, everything is local and probably a maximum 20min walk to be able to reach anything and everything you will ever need for a holiday. The hotel itself is immense the rooms are cleaned to perfection the dining hall is beautiful and the food choices are epic...its a must for anybody traveling for the 1st time to salou costa dorada.

Lovely pool area our two boys enjoyed. Enthusiastic staff, especially those running mini disco every evening and lovely restaurant staff who interacted with our children. Great location half way between port aventura and the beach. Food varied every evening, with plenty of choice for everyone.

Booked a last minute holiday for me and my 16 year old daughter for a girls trip. We stayed here as a family many years ago, and was delighted that the hotel was just as good as our previous visit. Rooms are clean and a good size, we were in room 408 which has a great view of the pool and gets the sun late into the evening. All areas of the hotel are kept very clean including the indoor and outdoor pool. We were very impressed with the food, we booked full board and there was plenty of variation at each sitting, the bao buns were a favourite! Also ordered Pizza by the pool which were fantastic. Cocktails also very tasty! The hotel is ideally situated for a short walk to Port Aventura and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was lovely to see staff that were there previously, special mention to Margarita (restaurant) who has always made us so welcome!

A most enjoyable experience here at Sol Costa Daurada. We had booked Dorada Palace but as it is under refurbishment was not available, we were offered Sol Costa Daurada and have to say we were extremely happy with our stay. The staff are among the nicest we have ever experienced from reception to bar and cleaning staff all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless, the pool was beautiful with entertainment all through the day for children and adults. Food was exceptional with a great variety for every taste and always plentiful. We opted to have drinks in the tavern when we were having drinks and have to say the atmosphere was lovely, the only complaint I would have is that the noise from the main entertainment area tended to be very loud and crossed over into the tavern, but other than that very cozy and just that little bit quieter. Rooms were cleaned and restocked on a daily basis. We booked our day trip to Barcelona at reception and everything went perfectly with the bus picking us up right outside the hotel and dropping us back. Location is perfect all within walking distance of the beach, theme parks and the market which takes place on a Monday, literally a ten minute walk. All in all our stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it for families or couples alike.

Stunning, family friendly hotel just a stones throw away from portaventura, the main ***** and beach. Very clean hotel, beautiful food and a great kids club with activities in the morning, afternoon and evening. Added bonus, no rush needed here for the sun loungers. Highly recommend!!
