Arrived late at night and checked in easily on the check-in screen. Hotel seems a bit tired and in need of updating. The room was OK, if a bit small. Breakfast limited but a very nice welcome from the girl on reception made up for this. The hotel is conveniently located very near to the Park and Ride into Brest, at the end of the tram route.

Impossible to take a shower, shower head that doesn't hold, bathroom door that comes out of its hinges when you close it, entrance door not waterproof, the wind comes in etc... only one power socket at the level of the table. The restoration of the rooms would need to be done.

Cheap hotel near the expressway near the city, noisy, I do not recommend the cheap breakfast but only one croissant per person no pain au chocolat, I will never return again the staff does not accept any comments.

There were bedbugs in the room. I was stung during the night and managed to crush 2 of them. I reported it to the hotel reception and to Louvre Hotels customer service, which is responsible for Première Classe hotels. Neither of them wanted to take my report into account, claiming that the quality depar**ent did not find any bedbugs and that it must have been fleas or spiders. I still have the bites (characteristics of bedbug bites). It seems to me that in these times of significant spread of these insects the hotel and customer service could have at least told me that they were doing ( were apparently undergoing trea**ent again rather than denying their presence. We can question the quality depar**ent!

Card to be collected from an automatic terminal that does not work. It's the manager of the Campanile next door who comes to help. Once in the room, a smell of cold tobacco at the entrance. Multiple traces of cigarettes on the sheets, on the bedspread... What a disappoin**ent! All the furniture is very old, even obsolete. The bathroom door did not close. Remote control in pitiful condition, full of traces of grease. In short, I will not come back or frequent this channel again!
