This place was great! The service was beyond my expectations. Very professional, attentive and dedicated staff. The on-site restaurant had succulent food…. very delightful. The rooms were clean, well furnished, comfortable and well stocked. Loved it! I highly recommend booking your stay here. I absolutely loved and enjoyed the classy, professional and courteous service from the moment you arrive all through your stay.

This was a very good experience, it was my first time coming to Tlaxcala and the workers were very welcoming the hotel is beautiful they have a dining room and a new pool the rooms are nice and clean very organised over all the service is a 10/10, I will be coming here again.

Excelente servicio, comida excelente, internet en todas las áreas. Utilizamos el salón para conferencias y nos sorprendió por sus instalaciones. Es fácil de llegar, su ubicación es muy céntrica la vista al volcán magnifica

En este hotel ya me había quedado en una ocasión mas sin embargo mi experiencia no, fue agradable por diversas cuestiones. esta vez le quise dar el beneficio de la duda y supero por mucho mis expectativas, íbamos en un grupo de la iglesia, yo se lo recomendé al padre, como es algo complicado bajar de la utopista a la calle en donde se encuentra, fueron por nosotros, el trato de la gerencia general como de ventas fue estupendo, estuvimos solo una noche, al día siguiente nos prepararon un excelente buffet para el almuerzo y con música en de órgano, todo el grupo quedo muy complacidos con el servicio.

Este hotel no se ve elegante por fuera, pero los cuartos están remodelados, tienen todos los servicios como cafetera, secadora, plancha, televisión por cable… están muy limpios y cómodos. Además la comida y el servicio del restaurante es excelente. Sin dudarlo regresaría aquí
