Poor maintenance. Electrical contacts did not work. Broken curtains. Old towels. Poor ventilation. Parking only for 2 cars. The ceiling with humidity. Staff was very good.

Todo un tema por el desayuno, en la aplicación lo teníamos gratis y en el hotel no tenían registrado y nos lo dieron de mala gana, para la otra no ofrezca desayuno gratis

Ofrecen snaks en la habitación (alegrías) las cuales traen en el carrito de limpieza junto al cepillo con el que se lava el baño y los químicos para la limpieza. El personal de la recepción muy amable, la atención del personal del restaurante mala. En general falta limpieza en las instalaciones y no hacen el aseo de las habitaciones diariamente.

No fue muy agradable en relación al precio, para comenzar me querían cobrar una tarifa más alta al precio convenido en la aplicación de Hoteles.com.
Después me dieron una habitación con una cerradura que no servía, se podía abrir sin usar la tarjeta, también noté algo polvosa la habitación, y tenía un cuadro grande que no era de mi agrado.
Me cambiaron de cuarto, pero me comentaron que no tenían agua, estaban arreglando y llegaría más tarde, al cabo de un tiempo llegó, pero la llave de paso del baño tenía fuga, llamé varias veces a recepción, pero nadie contestó.
También tiene sus toallas muy desgastadas, no me agradó mucho, ojalá puedan ir mejorando.

Las sabanas toallas y fundas de almohafas estaban manchadas .. mal lavadas .. hasta pelusa y pelo tenian . 2 veces me cambiaron de cuarto por q no cierra bien la puerta
