The reception was very bad, they couldn't find my reservation, I felt discriminatory treatment on the part of the reception having booked on ********** and not directly at the hotel, they didn't respect the room type, they sent us to the traditional part with rooms with double beds when I made my reservation It was 3 rooms with a King size bed, in general the hotel was very good as always, only that detail on the part of the reception was in bad taste.
