Lakes Edge Holiday Park

This hotel's main selling point is its direct lakeside location. However, guests should be aware that different room types come with varying amenities. If you're close to the main facilities, it's generally fine. But if you're further away and your room doesn't have a private shower or toilet, it can be quite inconvenient, especially needing to use the restroom at night in winter. The basic facilities are decent, though. In the evenings, if you step outside or walk up to higher ground, you can see a sky full of stars. During the day, the lake is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Loved it, will definitely come again. This time I booked last minute and snagged a great deal, which was a pleasant surprise. My kids really enjoyed seeing all the little bunnies and ducks by the lake. The location is right next to the hot springs, but the hot springs themselves were quite mediocre.
