"The stay went very well, the hotel is quite close to the Center, the rooms are comfortable, with everything necessary kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, good soundproofing except when you have very very noisy neighbors unfortunately the hotel is not responsible for the incivility of the customers. Too bad that the reception staff does not speak French so no information is possible. The breakfast is very limited but correct."

"The crew is always very helpful and kind. I love the rooms - they are very spacious, clean and have everything you need. Large mirror and area to get ready in the morning. Perfect location, right next to the station so easy when you arrive by train. The bed is huge, and very comfortable. This is my second stay here and my go-to hotel when in Antwerp."

"The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Flixbus stop and a 1-minute walk from the supermarket. Compared to hotels of the same caliber in Brussels, this one was much cleaner! There's no fridge in the room, but there's a shared one available, along with a microwave. It was so good that one night wasn't enough!"

"This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! It's close to the station, and the views from the hotel were lovely, all while being a very reasonably priced stay. Luggage storage was seamless, and I really appreciated the complimentary 24-hour coffee and tea service. There's even a terrace, so I could enjoy tea while soaking in the pleasant evening breeze. The front desk staff were wonderful. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Antwerp! 😊"

"This accommodation is only a one-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for travellers with suitcases. It also had one of the best bathrooms among all the hostels I have stayed in. In my experience, A&O hostels generally do a good job of keeping their bathrooms clean and well maintained. Another thing I really appreciated was the hairdryer. It was great not having to take my own one out of my suitcase, which made my stay much more convenient."

"Warm welcome from the receptionist and given a clean, nice room facing The Opera. Location was perfect, near Central Station and the shopping street that take you right to historic centre. Breakfast selection left a lot to be desired though. I would still recommend staying here."

"In terms of value for money, my partner and I confidently give it a solid 5*. Book with breakfast included — it will save you a significant amount of money. There are a few minor points to be aware of: The city itself is very expensive. The lift and electricity in the room only work when the key card is inserted. At breakfast, you can make Belgian waffles yourself, although using an American-style waffle iron. There are some visible signs of wear and tear, and our shower leaked slightly onto the tiles. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. The morning coffee is very good."

"A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days."
