AaquaDKMy favorite hotel in Brussels so far. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect during the stay! Would definitely recommend this place!

II’m hereWhen I made the booking I already made full payment but yet after I arrived at the hotel it was a self check in system and I had to pay the amount again and there was no staff there as it was late evening. Next morning I could talk to the receptionist and there was something wrong with their system and the amount will be returned within 1-2 weeks.
The room itself is not bad and location was ok it’s a solid 20 mins walk to the train station and main attractions

KKNAJI recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel itself was okay inside—comfortable rooms and a nice sauna that I really enjoyed after a long day. However, the surrounding area was quite disappointing due to ongoing construction nearby. The neighborhood didn’t feel very safe or inviting for evening walks, which was a bit of a downside. If you're looking for a place to relax indoors, the hotel’s amenities are decent, but the external environment leaves much to be desired. I might consider staying here again if the construction is completed and the area improves.

The room was good size for city centre and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean and room pleasant.
Midi station is nearby as are metro stations. Shops and restaurants close by, city centre about 20 minutes walk

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is pretty near to the Midi station, just a street away, and the tram and bus bay are behind the hotel which is very conveniently located. The hotel room is not too big, even the bathroom is small. The heater may not be as warm as expected but it could make do with it during winter. The hotel front counter staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a good place to stay.
