AAnonymous UserI stayed here last year, and this is my second time at this hotel. I chose it again mainly because of its convenient location for my destination this trip, with a shopping mall downstairs. The hotel is generally clean and tidy, and the breakfast is quite rich. However, the service could use some improvement. Last year, I only received face towels on the first night, and they weren't replenished for the rest of my stay. This time, they didn't replace my slippers, I was short one bath towel on one day, and a bottle of water was missing and never replenished.

Environment: The location is quite remote; there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores nearby, which might explain the low price. During my stay, there was an event happening next door, so there was noticeable noise starting from around 7 AM.
Breakfast: Nothing special, neither good nor bad.
The bed and duvet were the highlights – very comfortable!

Oobekz786From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. Located conveniently yet quietly, the hotel welcomed me with warm smiles and efficient service. The lobby felt elegant and cosy, with soft lighting and a fresh scent that instantly made me feel relaxed.
My room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large windows opened up to a beautiful city view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and fluffy pillows – I had the best sleep in ages. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged: adequate charging ports, high-quality toiletries, and even a small welcome snack and bottled water waiting for me.
I enjoyed breakfast at their dining area every morning. There was a wide selection of delicious food covering both local favourites and international dishes, all prepared fresh and served nicely. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to assist whenever I needed anything.

2 issues, (1) transporter will extra charge RP5000 or higher on packing fee, according to driver this is the charges from property and as passenger need to pay. We need to clarify, is just a short time to enter the property to pick up and drop off, why need to charge parking fee? property need to control
(2) shower area, water flows out easily

GGuest UserGood place to stay for a few nights. Located in one of the richest, safest and newest neighborhoods in yakarta.
To consider: it is an apartment building and many people use it to live there, so dont expect the commodities you use to have at a hotel.
The check in process is not the easiest, you need to communicate via WhatsApp with the apartment owner and he will send somebody to take you to the room. This process can take some additional time.
Anyway, for us it was easy and they let us have an early check in, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall a good experience, would recommend.

SST BENYAHYA EMPIREIt's surprisingly a very nice hotel. Starting when we entered, the scent is luxurious and pleasing. The i terior is great and has a resort vibe somehow. when we checked in, they asked us to wait while they prep the room, so we were asked to wait at their resto/lounge and got free complimentary arrival drink. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big. The amenities are quite complete. We requested for a celebration serving upon arrival but when we entered our room we just received the 2 swan towels. Thats okay :) apart from that, breakfast buffet were nice and variety. And there's a kids club which wasnt really active and is lacking in toys/ materials to entertain our toddlers. But all well. Just location wise, it's kinda in the center of the busy city so I hardly say we could reach places by walking distances which was quite hard for us with 2 toddlers. We still had to book taxis/transports to even reach Mangga2 Mall/ ITC Mangga 2. But overall it was a great stay for a short resting trip. Love it
