The location is super convenient! Right next to the Bank of China, and only a 2-minute walk to Parkson. It's also easy to get a taxi from here! Would I stay here again next time? Definitely. You can even see the river view. Some of the staff speak Chinese, which is a plus. You can't compare this to hotels back home; for local standards, it's really good. Breakfast was decent and enough to eat.

Great service! They were fully booked that day, so they upgraded us to a larger room. The bathroom was a bit old, but the breakfast was quite extensive. They can also help you call a taxi.

Even there is an old hotel but still Clean and near tourist attractions, easy to walk and drive. The staff are very friendly and polite, and they give excellent advice on travel and sightseeing. also this hotel have swimming pool and Breakfast that very yummy🫶🏻

This hotel is great for location and value for you money. We stayed here more than 3 weeks and enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room is small. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has soap and shampoo and hot water is good. The free breakfast is okay, but you can purchase a full breakfast if you wish. The laundry service is reasonable. You can also buy bus tickets here too. Everything is in walking distance, food night market, Amazon café, Mini C supermarket, restaurants and ATMs. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again when in Laos 🇱🇦

Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience. We had a wonderful experience at the Riverside Hotel. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. They kindly helped us with our luggage, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well during our stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of Western, Lao, and other Asian dishes. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also really appreciated the hotel’s location, conveniently situated near the night market, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

Very good value, staff were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming, and the location was perfect - fairly central and not far from anywhere, but nestled in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was enormous, and apart from the terrible shower head, everything was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is fantastic—right near the night market and all the popular night food spots, so you can just stroll over in a few minutes.
