This is a wonderful property. The rooms organized are very spacious and the showers are the best that I have experienced with the water pressure and the size of the shower. The bed could stand to be softer because it's doesn't have any cushion for the top level so it wasn't for the standards that I would like. A few issues I had was for the restaurant breakfast that there were no focused fans and it was very hot and humid even though it was in the open air. Sweating while eating breakfast dead 7:30 in the morning doesn't need to be that uncomfortable if they would put some focused fans would make such a difference. 2nd issue a parking attendant on the night of April 12th and 13th was not helpful at all, he sat at his chair and didn't guide where to park or assist with the traffic or parking, after I park my car and shut off the engine then he came to me and told me to move it forward more...why didn't he do his job when it required him to do so, plus he was not smiling (not polite for both my Thai partner and I). 3rd issue is regarding maid didn't change our sheet for our 3rd night. We put 4 pillows on the floor and stripped the bed cover before we left the room, so the maid can see the stains on the bed. We return to the room about 7pm and our bed was just cover it back up without changing the sheet plus non of the coffee items and bathroom items were replinished. Both of us enjoy this property location, view, pool, breakfast, all other staffs were very nice and polite including other parking attendant, except what we mentioned.

The furniture in the villa was obviously old, and the cupboards didn't open well. The location of the rooms is not convenient. If someone goes to the toilet, then you can only go from the nursery to the kitchen through the pool area.The lighting was quite dim, and there was no desk chair. The pool is clean, towels were changed every day and bottled water was provided. The breakfast is good. You could order a shuttle bus to the beach or the store for free.
P.S. The bags that we left on the bedside table and planned to use for some reason, the cleaners made garbage bags. I believe that cleaners have the right to throw out only what is inside the trash can.

A wonderful hotel with great value for money! The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a separate set of towels for the pool and the beach. Yes, the furniture is not new, but it is good quality.
The balcony is spacious, and we had a lovely view of greenery, palm trees, and even a field with a real buffalo 😊
The hotel staff are very friendly, and laundry service can be arranged at the reception desk.
There is a Top’s supermarket nearby, and if you walk uphill from the hotel, you’ll find a place called Food Corner, which we highly recommend.
The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Since Chaweng has very few beach access points due to dense beachfront development, this is a big plus. Some reviews mention that the hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, although we didn’t use them.
The main street is also about a 5-minute walk away, or you can easily get there by tuk-tuk.

Large resort area in tropical setting with smaller apartment buildings and houses which makes it very quiet and peaceful, morning sun wakes you up early with lots of birds singing. Breakfast restaurant is great with good selection, pool bar is a little too expensive, but happy hour between 15-17. Fitness is ok but with basic machines needing a little update.
Small walk through the garden down to the private beach and restaurant, entire beach only has 4-5 other very quiet hotels. Main hotel entrance from main road, only option as all other hotels also have private roads from and to the beach, which is normal in Samui but also annoying. Once you walk to the main road it has several good restaurants, 7-11 and ATMs. Walk to downtown is possible but takes 30-40 minutes, not really made for pedestrians.
We stayed 8 nights and would return due to peaceful setting and beach.

Five night stay at Impiana in a sea view room.
Location is at the quiet end of Cheweng Noi so many times especially early in the morning it felt like you had the beach to yourself. The downside as others have mentioned is that it is on the main ring road with no footpaths so it is hard to get to restaurants and shops without either taking a grab, braving the highway, or walking down the beach and cutting through another resort. The included breakfast was excellent and the meal we had in the restaurant was also good. Other dining options are available at other hotels via the beach. We enjoyed having dinks and playing pool at the beach bar in between swimming in the ocean or pool and having a massage on the beach next to the resort.
Whilst the hotel is a bit dated, and where I was staying was up a number of stairs, the rooms were clean and beds comfy. Rooms were serviced daily with fresh bath and beach towels.
Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged a car and driver for a day excursion.

”I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. On the positive side:
- The view was truly breathtaking and fabulous.
- The family room was fantastic and met our needs.
- The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who was always smiling and helpful.
- The breakfast was good and satisfying.
However, there were some areas that fell short of my 4-star expectations:
- The hotel's location was inconvenient, requiring a taxi ride to reach any beach.
- The rooms lacked a telephone, which was a notable omission.
- There was no bell boy or concierge service available.
- The swimming pool was not well-maintained, with dirty water that needed vacuuming and chlorination.
- The lack of a kids' area was noticeable, and the absence of laundry facilities was inconvenient.
- Due to the pool's condition, we requested a change or refund, but unfortunately, the hotel wasn't able to accommodate our request.

Although we ended up with an end room, we found the benefit was a private balcony. The only slight downside was that downstairs was a former work area. Since we were only staying two nights and were out most of the time, we didn't request a room change. If you have specific needs, you might want to communicate with the hotel in advance.
A big plus was that the front desk informed us of almost all check-in details upon arrival. The service, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers and luggage handlers, was excellent. The young lady at the spa, who spoke a few words of Chinese, was also very attentive. If I ever go to Koh Samui again, I would specifically visit the Sheraton's spa.
The hotel beach view is fantastic. While it's not within walking distance of the main dining and entertainment areas, it offers good value for money during peak season.

We like the location of the hotel which is along Chaweng Beach Road and it is within walking distance and not too far from the beach. For 3-star hotel with a swimming pool and a gym, it is a bonus. The service of the staff was good and they were courteous. Specially to be mentioned is Mr Piak who patiently explained to us - breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, free coffee and tea provided, a safe in the room (a plus point for us), the mineral water stored in 2 glass bottles FOC, leaving the empty glass bottles on the table after consuming, Wifi passport, extra swimming towels provided for swimming etc. Facilities are good. Crossing the Haad Ngam Road, there is a big supermarket SuperCheap and it is very convenient to get any stuff there. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a good spread of food for a 3-star hotel. Generally, we were happy with the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was nice and the cleaning girls really did a great job. Location to the beach is perfect. Only the noise from the market was sometimes a bit too much. Would be more perfect if there is a courtship in the shower. All in all a really nice place to stay.

CCw233My daughter wanted to stay in a villa, so we chose this hotel, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The hotel was renovated in 2011, so it's a bit old, but it's very well-maintained overall. The lobby is grand and new, and the entire hotel feels like a miniature tropical jungle. Half of it is dedicated to various villas spread out, while the other half has pools connecting the rooms. Even though there are many trees, we didn't encounter any mosquitoes or insects, so the hotel must have treated the area. The hotel has its own beach with white sand and turquoise water. I woke up every day hoping to catch the sunrise, but unfortunately, it rained during my entire stay, so I only saw the morning glow. The hotel service is excellent; they promptly resolve any issues. We stayed in a Grand Bunch Garden Bungalow and added an extra bed. The room's amenities and details were well-maintained, and the shower was very comfortable. The only minor quirk was the traditional key and wooden bolt lock on the door. We didn't know how to lock it at first, so we called the front desk, and they patiently showed us how, haha. The hotel's location is its biggest highlight – right in the heart of Chaweng Beach's liveliest street in Koh Samui! ARK BAR is right next door. Their restaurant serves delicious food, and the beach bar at night is incredibly vibrant! There are fireworks and a fire show every night from 8 PM to 2 AM, allowing us to experience Koh Samui's nightlife up close. Plus, the hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. While it's located on a street filled with bars, restaurants, and massage parlors, the bar noise can be loud at night, so it's a good idea to request a room away from the bar street when booking. There are many massage places and restaurants along the street outside the hotel, all similarly priced and of good quality with clear pricing, so you can choose based on your preference! My family was very satisfied this time, and I'm even writing a review for the first time, haha! 😃

MMoonloverThe hotel has a private beach, a swimming pool, the location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and massage places near the restaurant. Lamai night market also is a walking distance. The restaurant by the beach is great, we enjoyed the breakfast by the sea, the prices at the restaurant are a bit pricey but having a coconut juice by the beach is worth it. The amenities overall were good, 4 stars for cleanness because the air con was dirty inside out. The dust was visible on the top of AC and the air wasn’t fresh.

GGuest UserGarrya Tongsai Bay Samui is one of those places that stays with you.
What really makes the difference is the people. The service is excellent, but more importantly, it feels sincere. The staff are genuinely kind, always smiling, always present, and somehow they manage to make everything feel easy and natural. You never feel rushed or overlooked, just quietly taken care of. Special thanks to ”mamy” the fruit lady at breakfast that is a pure expression of joy and the Yoga and Muay Thai instructor.
The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, but without feeling stiff or overdesigned. Everything works, everything feels comfortable, and there’s a calmness to the whole place that makes you slow down almost without noticing. Rooms, pools, spa, restaurants, all of it feels thoughtfully done.
The setting is something special. Surrounded by greenery and right on a peaceful bay, it feels private, quiet, and deeply connected to nature. You hear the sea, the wind in the trees, and very little else. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the level of service throughout our visit. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is another major highlight is it is right on the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning swims and sunset strolls. The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained, providing a relaxing base for our trip. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service in a beachside location.

CChengluThis hotel choice was truly excellent! I booked two nights, one in a sea-view room and the other in a sea-view villa 🏠. I have to say, the rooms were actually better in person than in the hotel's promotional photos, which was a pleasant surprise! 👍🏼 The breakfast was good too, mostly à la carte, but the real highlight was the incredible view, which truly impressed me ✌️.

GGuest UserI’ll start to say that the overall stay was nice, beautiful resort, nice view, well located.
But a few things important to relate, the bed was very hard, mattress uncomfortable, pillows flat, bed sheets old. After 5 nights spent there, both my gf and I suffered from back pain. Then the socket on the bed side table was broken, on our last night, the water stopped when I was right in the middle of showering and the toilets were clogged from time to time. Lastly there was way too much chlorine inside our private pool.

ไไป•กับ•ไฟนอลIt is a very good place to relax, quiet, peaceful, really relaxing. The accommodation is beautiful, the sunlight, the lights, the air conditioning is cool, everything is good. If I go to Samui again, I will definitely come back to stay again.
