Very Good
GGuest UserWe loved staying at the Moxy! Perfect location as we were going to the reds game and beautiful decor throughout! It felt so comfy, cozy, and the service was friendly. The only down side we had was a leaking shower. The shower wall was also the wall to our room and it leaked on the bathroom door and through to the main area. Besides this it really was amazing!
PPriscilla DankwahThe staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay.
GGuest UserCHARGED EXTRA FOR NO REASON. Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.
SS Paul DeolHotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff.
The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated.
It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown.
SSuzy 33Seemed to me this hotel recently renovated. The main breakfast area furniture looked nice and clean. Front desk staff was very efficient and polite. The room was spacious with a sectional sofa and two queen bed. One indoor swimming pool look small, good for famliy. Breakfast typical continental buffet style. Signature made your own waffle from Comfort Suite/Inn hotel. Overall was a great stayed.
TThomas BerlinHistoric hotel, well preserved, fantastic lobby bar and restaurant. Very lovely breakfast.
Really lovely to spend a wonderful evening at dinner. Very friendly staff. 100% recommended
ZZhangjunyanGo to Chicago to stay for one night, by the way, see the art museum, free visit, not many people, first-class exhibition experience, the hotel is relatively clean, the city center, convenient to eat around, there are many historical buildings, plus the price after taxes, hotel breakfast ~ there is a place similar to Starbucks, not very friendly, Go out for breakfast.
GGuest UserI requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and air freshener. When I walked around the room barefoot, I noticed dirt sticking to my feet. I love the walk in shower. The A/C worked well.
