This hotel was a distance from the Hollywood airport, but when I called and asked for a shuttle, a driver came within 20minutes to pick me up. He gave me rather poor directions as to where to meet him, so I waited and texted him off and on for another 20 minutes before I was actually picked up.I wasn't familiar with the airport, so I did the best I could with my two pieces of luggage. Once at the hotel, I had paid for a room with two queen bed, but told the front desk lady I really preferred a king bed.She told me she couldn't change the room because I paid through a third party.The manager offered to help me with my luggage and I then asked him if I could get a room with a king size bed after seeing several small, loud children in the room next to mine.He was very nice and placed me in a quiet room with a king size bed in the back of the hotel. I finally got some sleep after a long flight. There is a restaurant on the premises, but the only thing I could really order in the sandwich category was a delicious, thick hamburger that took over 35 minutes to serve.There was a comedian in the next room who wasn't funny and just three other people there and nobody else in the small restaurant.The service was slow and the humor was southern. The room was spacious, all the lights worked, and the bed was comfortable.The shower/tub area was ancient, but had quick hot water. I really can't recommend this hotel in good faith after all the inconvenienced I endured. Because of all the inconveniences after a long trip from San Diego, I can't really recommend this hotel in good faith.

A pleasant experience. Room was functional and conducive but most importantly; Velli the manager, Mary and Naika are sweethearts of this hospitality industry. Their efficiency, patience and professionalism can at any day, any time; stand toe to toe with any international 5 Stars Hoteliers! They’re definitely an Asset to the Hospitality Industry!

Very good hotel. clean. free parking. close to Ft lauderdale airport which was good for an early trip.

I booked this hotel because I had to catch an early flight. From the introduction of Ctrip, it is very close to the airport, but in fact there are two airports in Fort Lauderdale. The airport near this hotel is a small airport, basically nothing The flight takes place, and our flight is taking off and landing at an international airport (most of the flights are at this airport), and it takes twenty minutes.      The hotel is older, the health and environment are average, and it is far from the city and the beach. The transportation is not very convenient. If it is not for price considerations, you don't need to choose this hotel.

According to the standards of the Samsung Hotel, it is very good. The rooms are large and the facilities are OK. Although they are a bit old, they are also complete. There are ironing boards, hair dryers, and coffee machines. No slippers. Breakfast was ok, but it was the same every day. The service staff was friendly. An English newspaper is delivered to the door every morning, and free oranges are available in the lobby. The disadvantage is that only two bottles of mineral water will be delivered on the first day and the rest of the time will no longer be delivered. Live here because it is closer to the university we work with. The surroundings are pretty good.

I enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The location was great. Downtown, easy access to everywhere, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over all, the vibe of the place is very much like college dorm or summer camp for grown adults. I’d definitely stay here again. The free breakfast every morning was also a very nice addition.

The check-in process is very smooth and the front desk staff is very efficient. At the same time, the entire booking process and communication process are very simple and efficient, the hotel's facilities are very good, and the coffee tea table in the lobby is also very good and very good.

The room is nice and the facilities are quite complete, with a pool and a gym. The gym even allows for strength training! Ugh, why is everyone so competitive? Is everyone into fitness now? My colleagues are pressuring me to work out, too!

We had stayed at an overly expensive resort in Florida Keys but stayed here at The Westin one night before flying home because location was near airport and honestly it was nicer in this room than the resort… even better water bottles and Starbuck coffee! I wish we had time to try pool but we were happy with easy check in and parking and nice smell and look of hotel!

The location is great, the front entrance can lead to the water taxi and river, whereas other side entrance is the shopping area where the patrons can go shopping and a great variety of cafe and restaurant, though the supermarket is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. The lift is too small which only two people with luggage.
