"Excellent! 😍😍 The staff at the front desk are lovely and friendly. Highly recommend staying here. It's very close to the night market, so finding food is easy. The rooms are soundproof and the water pressure is strong. We booked a standard room, but they upgraded us, which was amazing! I loved it. Everything around the hotel is great. The hotel feels like it's located right in the middle, between the north and the south. It's not far from the accommodation to go see the starfish at the beach."

"Located right in the heart of Phu Quoc's Duong Dong, it's super convenient to get to nearby places like King Kong Mart and many great restaurants. But what really stands out are the infinity pool and private beach right in front of the hotel, and the 5-star service. The breakfast was also top-notch, with every dish carefully prepared."

"Great location, about an 8-minute walk to the night market. The street has countless massage parlors and laundromats. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the resident lifeguard is excellent. All the staff are very friendly. It's a charming little hotel. For breakfast, you can choose between a buffet or a set menu, which is a really nice touch. We stayed at another 4-star hotel afterwards, but we definitely preferred M Hotel."

"The location is good. Right in front of the night market. The shower head in the room is totally broken and cannot be adjusted. Another thing is that someone opened my door with a card key at 1 am !!! He claims he went to wrong room. Told the front office the next day and they re-program the card. Scary."

"Great hotel, I recommend it. Honestly, everything was perfect – it's close to everything, quiet, and there's a delicious cafe right under the windows. The market is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. Room service washed my t-shirts and brought them back in 2 hours. Thumbs up!"

"Hotel had many issues: Number one: doing construction works in a room near our at 8 am in the morning!!! It was super loud couldn’t sleep. Worst sleep ever. People book hotel to sleep and relax not to hear construction noise at 8am!! It was defined not something urgent since 8-9 am disturbing the pace and then they continued later. Nobody informed us about it. So woke up to the noise. And yes I was already sleeping with the earplugs. Only booked 2 nights. One night was ruined. It’s common sense to either tell the people who are paying customers about it or to do it after lunch or at least after 10 am instead of early morning. I’ve paid to sleep there. Then number 2: the windows don’t even really close there are gaps, so can hear everything outside, and the view from the window isn’t even nice. Third problem: ants everywhere and other insects!! For the same price I found better with pool and gym in the southern part of the island. Breakfast is good for free with varieties, but they also prepared so much food both days. And probably had to throw most of it. Which really management should learn some common sense both about customer service and avoid waste. You have the number of guests. Why prepare so much food and then throw it. (Saw it with my eyes at 10 am breakfast ends, the workers eat but then still so much food left that gets thrown away) they should retrain their management. Staff was friendly. But definitely after visiting other parts of the island, wouldn’t stay here. Just came here from airport 2 nights. And also overall this part of the island is not so walkable. They have to renovate the rooms properly and maybe solve the issues of ants and insects inside the rooms properly. The problem is the management. Staff is nice and friendly."

"I booked in advance and was supposed to stay 4 nights here, the room was with the sea view, beware it is the only seaview room in the hotel, located on floor 3. 1) Elevator doesn't lift up there i was explained, so you go to floor 2 by elevator and then up the stairs on foot. 2) Rooms are out of date, i was ready for not so new renovation if it is clean and decent. But this one is too old for my taste and reflexes. Mattress is uncomfortable for sleeping. 3) The worst part and the reason i stayed there for 1 night only and cancelled my other 3 nights- there is 1 more door on floor 3 and the smells of fried meat and gasoline and whatever else were coming from there right to my room. I was so confused, rooms here are not supposed to have kitchens. Turns out elevator actually does go up to floor 3, just not for guests, as most of the floor is an apartment of the owners . Smells were just too much for me to bear. Floor 2 doesnt smell but the room offered to me as a change didn't have a single window . No thanks. We managed to work out cancellation policies after numerous calls with trip.com and me having to go and talk to hotel representative myself because trip.com couldn't reach them.It worked out somehow. But i lost 1 day of my time in the resort, had to pack suitcases twice etc. Don't repeat my mistakes."

"Very near to attractions like Din Cau temple, night market. Just cross the main road hotel , there is a public beach. But the beach is very small. can watch sunset from open area in 9th floor. Water bottles available at the receiption. I got a beach view room."

"I had a good three night stay here . The weather wasn't great , with heavy downpours , storms and that impacted on any pool lounging ..but I had a great sea view from the balcony and could lounge there when it was sunny . The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They provided water, kettle tea and coffee and a fridge . The beach had a few loungers out ..but no parasol, no cushions . The water was choppy and red flags out ..but some people were swimming . In the distance I could see some other hotels with loungers .. and more going on . I didn't do breakfast so can't review it . I did ask if they did lunch , dinner ..but they didn't while I was there. The area is quiet , down a lane , away from the busy main stretch.. but only a 10 mins walk to get there. You pass some restaurants , spas ,and a convenience shop on the way to the main stretch which has everything ..but if you wanted to eat in the lane ..no problem . The staff , especially Yessica on reception were very friendly. The porter helped me with luggage and offered an umbrella when I was going to the shop . There's a library in reception and comfy places to sit . But just be aware that food is not available other than breakfast . I'd highly recommend this hotel and would return ."

"Everything about the hotel was fine, but it lost points when, upon checkout, the hotel claimed two decorative ducks and a face towel were missing. My family used our own towels throughout our stay and didn't use any of the hotel's towels or the two decorative ducks. On the second day of our stay, after the room was cleaned by staff before my family returned, I also didn't see the two decorative ducks and the face towel that were there on the first day. Instead of telling guests items are missing during checkout, the hotel should thoroughly check with the housekeeping staff about previous days, especially since even the hotel's towel wasn't used and remained in its original position. Such an interaction can be off-putting and make guests unhappy and uncomfortable. The breakfast here was just okay. After this stay, I hope the hotel pays more attention to its customer service and handles situations more skillfully."
