Decent location. Floor in the room were filthy. Beer cap, cigarette butt, a former guest sock, sticker barcode from shopping among other stuff on the bedroom floor. Bathroom floor had numerous shoe/boot prints all over. Same thing on 2 previous stays upstairs in the Baymont section. I do understand that there are work crews staying there (noisy), but to not sweep and mop the floors is unacceptable. Everything above the floor was clean and fine.

They ask for 100 dollar cash for deposit and you can get you deposit back only during 9am to 12pm, if you have to leave early you loss your money or if you go after 12 also loss your money. They don't give you recipe for the deposit, I hope they give me my money back tomorrow.

Definitely a great find at a good price. All the basics are covered: Hot water, cold a/c and a comfy bed. Safe place.

They hotel gave our room key by accident to a second family as well and they entered at midnight waking us up and scaring us of course.

Everything would have been good but, there are spotlights that face the room’s outside. Every time I woke up, I thought it was daylight. Yes there are blackout curtains but, the light is so bright that it comes through all around the curtains. Needless to say, I don’t recommend staying here if you are someone that wakes up completely when it’s light outside. It’s definitely not a good sleeping environment.

There was very little parking because 18 wheelers were taking up multiple parking spaces, as were dumpsters from the building they are remodeling at the entry. The fluorescent lighting in the rooms was horrible. Beds were very uncomfortable. TV didn’t work. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. I will say that staff was friendly.
