Nice place with restaurant next door. Very convenient and easy to find. Very polite staff and easy check in experience. Staff interaction was phenomenal.

There want any hot water on the premises. Had to church into the other Hilton in the area and re-pay.

The room had a very strong smell of smoke. The floor was not swept. The sheets were torn. The show glass had soap scum all over it. The water from shower was not hot at all. The rooms was not clean at all. I could not switch to another room because the hotel was booked. So basically I had to stay in a smoke smelling room that was halfway clean. The staff was nice and caring about but couldn’t offer another room due to being full.

All of the staff here was sooooo nice, friendly, courteous and professional. I had been on the road for days and TRU-ly felt like I was at home for about 16 hours.

accessible room on third floor - when entering room it appeared someone had been in the room - bathroom was not properly setup for new guest - linens had not been replenished and toilet paper was rolled out onto floor. The auto shade was inoperable and bed appeared someone had been resting against pillows.
We moved to second floor where again shade was inoperable and pulled down to fullest extent.
The room is stripped of any welcoming feel … Hilton should rethink this modernist simplistic style - very cold feeling.

Canceled. When I entered my room, it was still occupied. I canceled this reservation for a refund. I called ******* customer service. I waiting for the refund. I booked a different *******s property.

I decided to stay here twice on my drive back home because I liked it and it was affordable. Friendly staff and solid breakfast- fantastic for the price.

The front desk staff is fantastic. The hotel has the trim level of a college dorm. Rooms are just a room. Very small. Tile floors. Noisy. Pillows are terrible. It got the job done, but I doubt I would pick this hotel brand again.
