房屋乾淨整潔，看小區也比較安靜，小區外面有停車位很好停車，房東人特別好，怕我們找不到還到小區門口來接我們，所有能想到的都替我們提前想到了。離海邊的話開車20分鐘就能到，附近就有個農貿市場，買菜這些都很方便，下次有機會來還住你家。

整體是很好的，就是被子沒有那麼厚，太單了，晚上開空調有噪音太大了，感覺晚上開空調沒有暖風

小區位置不錯，周邊吃的用的都很方便。南門緊鄰一個小的菜市場，附近1公里左右有一個大的水產市場，非常方便。老闆非常熱情，問題答覆及時全面。
美中不足的是廚房用具有點少～
