I would say this was good, rather than average, but Tripadvisor does not use this rating. · The hotel is still reasonably new and modern. The room size was bigger than the other aparthotel studios we stayed. We booked the hotel as it is located in the suburbs and close to the main roads, as we wanted the visit Mt St Michel and st Malo. Both destinations reachable with one hour. There was a separate kitchen area, but bench space was still small. When we arrived we had an issue with the room and although there was no reception staff, the problems was solved. There is a shopping mall with a intermarche closeby, just a five minute walk. We had a room at the south side and this means a lot of sun. The windows can be opened but there is no airconditioning. So the room was actually too warm. It is not possible to prepare a meal. Just heat something in the microwave, as the bench area is very small. There is parking next to the hotel for a reasonable price, but this is also used by the hospital staff and a car park is not guaranteed. And it can be full.

It was great, we arrived late so there was no one at the reception. However we were able to get clear instructions in self checkin. Everything was spotless. Great experience

Passing through Rennes for work and to respect my company's travel policy, I chose this residence. Reluctantly at first because I had a very bad experience with the brand in another city. What a pleasant surprise, a sufficiently large room, as well as the shower room and the perfectly equipped kitchen area which allows you to avoid a solo restaurant. The welcome, the calm, the cleanliness are just as appreciable. Congratulations to the entire team in charge of the life of this residence.

It's almost perfect. We can blame the slightly hard bedding (but comfortable nonetheless) and a lack of some kitchen utensils (kettle, toaster).
In our apar**ent the chairs were also very old!!! Otherwise, it's very good and the reception staff are top notch.

Perfect, except that the SPA was not working and I had not been informed the day before when I called to confirm the reservation. It's a bit of a shame since I also booked this hotel based on that. Few parking spaces nearby, you either have to park on site for 4 euros per night or further away in a public car park

Beautiful establishment which offers spacious, clean and bright rooms. We like the fridge which allows you to drink cold drinks and do a little cooking when you're there for a long stay. Drawing and work table are well suited. The bedding is very comfortable. Please note, the establishment has rooms with 2 single beds which is not very popular with French people.
