Super nice modern hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms The rooms are modern and equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are very clean and towels are changed and cleaned every day. The bed linen was also changed every second day. Breakfast The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. There are fresh rolls and sausages/s*****s every day, a large selection of cakes, muesli and fruit. Every morning the boss greets the guests personally. Dinner In the evening there is a very tasty 4-course menu. 1. Buffet 2. Noodles/pasta (choice of 4 dishes) 3. Fish/meat (choice of 4 dishes) 4. Dessert Pool The pool is very refreshing and equipped with modern and comfortable loungers. Beach The hotel has its own beach section. The beach is 200m away from the hotel. Bicycles The hotel has bicycles that can be used free of charge. We will be back! 😊

Ambiente familiare, grande professionalità e attenzione alle esigenze del cliente anche per i bambini. Ottimo cibo, sempre variegato. Si perde la cognizione del tempo. Camere sempre ben curate anche nella pulizia.

Yes, this hotel is addictive! We have just returned after a week's vacation, and we can't wait to return... Once again the Erica has given full confirmation of the characteristics that have made us appreciate it over the years: always kind welcome, friendliness on the part of all the staff, spotlessly clean rooms, accurate cuisine and also attentive to the needs of those suffering from intolerances or celiac disease, private beach a stone's throw from the hotel, swimming pool available to guests, reserved and supervised parking space, very pleasant and welcoming common areas, bar service always available with an excellent choice of spirits… What else? If TripAdvisor were to offer more than 5 stars, I would not hesitate to award more. And they would be well deserved! This small and extremely likeable hotel is a pearl on the Adriatic Sea, a real gem. The attention to detail is evident everywhere. All of the employees, from the boss to the cleaning lady, are upbeat and friendly. And the food is simply a dream, so the optional half board is a must.

Nice, very clean rooms. Breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely friendly staff. The boss Alberto takes care of his guests. We recommend! We only had bed and breakfast, next time we will take half board.

The hotel is centrally located in Lignano Pineta, offers a protected parking lot in the immediate vicinity, but in the low season there are also sufficient public parking spaces around the house. The owner and his team are hosts as you wish, the house is exceptionally lovingly furnished and offers everything a vacationer's heart desires. If you don't want to go to the beach, you can find space at the pool, and drinks will be served directly to the lounger. The rooms are comfortable, tasteful and clean. And our dog was also very lovingly received and provided with water. Heart, what do you want more?!
