Banyan Tree Lijiang

Absolutely amazing experience for 4 days! Banyan Tree has one of the best service I ever experienced in China. After check in, Elin added our contact information and reached out on daily basis to make sure we had everything we needed. Hotel staffs were always able to go above and beyond to satisfy our requests. Kudos to all of them! The hotel also has stunning view of Yulong mountain and extremely well designed architecture. We pretty much spent most of time in the hotel. I also love the daily gifts provided by the hotel!

it was a nice experience. The hotel is very warm and kind. it was our anniversary, the hotel upgraded our room with separate jacuzzi. Nancy is professional and nice.

This place is a combination of Chinese traditional style of setting with modern classy set up. I was amazed by the this hotel. I rate this hotel as above the highest rating. The staff our super friendly and kind. Our housekeeper Alice provide us the excellent service. Not only she upgrade the room for us but also service us with the cake. We felt honored, and we were very touched by the decorations they put in our room too. The breakfast was so wonderful the choice of food awesome. Words can’t truly express how amazing this resort is. You need to just simply come and experience. The staff took care of every single detail and went above and beyond. Coco helped us with many things for peaceful stay. And many staffs passionately help us. Good quality of breakfast and traditional atmosphere was memorable!! Wearing Naxi clothes event was special and several photos of us was also good presents of us. thanks!!

Nice pool villa. Hot tub was best experience in the evening. Cindy at reception was very helpful and caring throughout. Buffet breakfast was full of varieties. Good view of snow dragon mountain. Walking distance to Shuhe old town but a bit far from Dayan old town.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Banyan Tree resort. We took twice a bike to Shuhe, the ancient town. We like this ancient town so much better than Lijiang. We also took a taxi to watch the impressions of Lijiang show in the mountains and see the Blue Moon Valley. Thanks to Nancy, who was always available when we had questions, even on her days off we could count on her. And William who is experienced and very good in English language helped us make the day to see the show an unforgettable day. Kate was able to show us around and give us advice where needed. Very few speak English and the help of William and Nancy and Kate made the stay very special. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the own private hot tubs very much.
