This is a hotel built by the Brother Group and built with a five-star standard. The new hotel is clean and bright. It was raining that day. It was possible to check in at 2 o'clock. When we arrived at 4 o'clock, the guest room had not been cleaned yet, so one of us was given a rest. There are only three check-in and check-out counters at the front desk. There is not enough staff and the management is not familiar.
I was dissatisfied at the beginning, but I still had a big change in the hotel later. One is sanitation. There are two people cleaning and cleaning each room, because we have one room next door. My mother-in-law observes them cleaning and is very satisfied with their work.
The overall design style of the hotel is fashionable, novel, modern and artistic, and the location is good. The twin beds can see the view of the Ferris wheel. There are enough parking spaces, and the hotel facilities are intelligent, with smart toilets and curtains.
The breakfast was great and the quality was good, except for the lack of staff during peak hours, many had to wait in line. But the things are really fresh and delicious, and they are also packed in boxes for customers who can’t finish eating.
