What an incredible hotel with such warm and friendly staff! This was without a doubt the best hotel stay I’ve had. I arrived just before midnight and was greeted with a drink. The staff had also prepared a sandwich for me and left it in my room fridge. I did not ask for this. I was a solo traveller and the staff were so lovely . They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and comfortable. Nicholas the hotel manager upgraded my room with little fuss . Marina took lots of time to recommend places to visit. I can’t stress enough how incredible everyone was. I was truly sad to leave. Not only were the staff so lovely, the beds were also very comfortable and food was delicious! If you’re visiting this part of Crete, this is absolutely where you must stay!

Our second visit to Vasia Boulevard (May 2022 & May 2023) An absolutely lovely week spent in a fantastic hotel once again. Fantastic facilities, close to everything you need for a brilliant time away. The staff are absolutely brilliant. One of the reasons we booked again was based on our experience we had with Ireeni, who was always there with her big smile and great customer care. Not to mention the Manager, who yet again, went out of his way to make us feel looked after, just like he did last year. We will once be booking to come back to Crete as Heronissos and Vasia Boulevard has a special place in Emma and I's heart. Thank you once again everyone.

I didn’t stay here but on my last day in Hersonissos I decided to treat myself to a lovely lunch and a nice drink. The seaside restaurant is beautiful and the Greek salad was amazing. Finished off with a nice G&T it was a lovely way to bring my great holiday to an end.

To start the photos on here don't do the hotel justice. Walking in the hotel is very large and elegant with welcoming staff. It was always clean throughout our stay. The rooms were very nice not large but big enough for us. The free breakfast every morning was delicious with many many options. The hotel is right on the main path of shops and restaurants and right across the street from a nice beach that offers chairs and nice lounging area. My wofe and I booked a massage each at the spa and it was incredibly relaxing and worth the money. All in all the stay was great. If there were any concerns we had is that the hotel is in a very central area and it came with the negative of some of the clubs being a bit loud with people leaving late as other reviews also mentioned (our room was right near the walking path). With the fan on it blocks out the noise and we had a restful sleep. Super close to bars restaurants clubs and places to book excursions out at sea.

WOW! The service is impeccable. We stayed in room 402, top floor-centre with sea view. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Our check in and welcome by Dimitriana a fantastic start with a glass of Prosecco. She brought us to our room and made us feel incredibly welcome. All the staff were fantastic and this is testament to the management of George who is also a great character to speak with. He is very proud of the hotel and service. In particular was Irene who serves the beach at the front of the hotel. She took good care of us and our family every day and brought tons of personality & humour. It’s a great location but remember, it’s Greece and if you are near the ***** then expect some pub noise and music into the small hours. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and went on late. Plenty of choice in the restaurant too with good pricing. The vegan moussaka is a good choice. We also had a back massage in the spa and really good value to get you relaxed and into the holiday relaxation mood. In summary, great location and value but the star is the incredible service by the team there.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s so clean, the beds are so comfortable and you can’t help but fall into a deep sleep in them. The staff are truly incredible, they work so hard and such long hours but are always entertaining and attentive, I must give a huge shout out to George and Daniel……the breakfast outside by the pool is lovely with a great choice for saying it’s a small boutique hotel, and eating an evening meal overlooking the sea is beautiful. The evening meal menu is incredible, the portions are huge and choice is great. The lamb chops are to die for. Location is fabulous, only a few steps onto the beach, very close to all the shops and restaurants….. you are in the heart of the hustle and bustle but without the noise……my friend and I will definitely be back

While walking past their restaurant on our first day here, we said we had to eat her, the meat looked amazing. So we did. Had an appatizer, bottle of wine, 2 steaks, all with all a bigger bill than 90% of the people sitting there. We ordered our steaks medium rare and told them specifically that we really didn’t like it medium/Welldone. When served, it was medium/well, with a closer edge to well done. When we said that we didn’t like to complain but we didn’t want it like this because we ordered ir medium rare, the waitress acted like we didn’t know what we we’re talking about, and as a chef, i am.. After complaining nobody reached out to us, offered us anything, and didn’t even asked if we liked it. No one came to help us anymore, which we found so sad, because everything about this restaurant was just better than the rest at the whole *****. All with all I’m even annoyed that I have to give them 1 star, because they deserve none.

We have just returned from a lovely stay, everything very clean, breakfast was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly. Downside - pool very small, only 8 beanbags to lie on, room balcony so small you couldn’t sit on it, if you use there restaurant be EXTREMELY careful as it’s very expensive, they say you get 20% discount for staying at the hotel but you don’t and once paid, later in the evening they come back to you and say you haven’t given them enough money, when you know you have + extra, in this situation manager no help.

My stay was in Vasia Boutique Hotel was so lovely and relaxing. The hotel is very beautiful and very clean. The staff were amazing and very friendly, even down to Irene who worked tirelessly on the beach in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and have recently enquired to revisit in October.
