I didn't like the fact there was not response from the hotel regarding my request to cancellation due to the passing of my mother my travel plans were impacted, and San Jose didn't response to *******'s attempts for the refund.

Returning to my city there was a big accident so I booked that hotel. It's my second visit, but it was worse. The room is too dirty (hair from the bathroom and bed) it doesn't look so clean. And the bed **b is uncomfortable. Especially the smell of the bathroom is👎👎

Although they offer a restaurant, there is no service on Saturday afternoon.
During my stay they did not have water 🚿 and we could not bathe or clean ourselves or wash our hands; They told me that it was not their responsibility to have water (regrettable comment).

It is easy to get to and well located. We rested very well. It would be excellent if they included breakfast in the price, because the truth is that the rate is high. From there on out, it would be our favorite hotel if it were a little cheaper. Thank you so much.

The room was beautiful and the hotel is very elegant, you can tell that it has been recently remodeled. It is a very good option to stay in Linares.
It does not have its own parking, but there is plenty of space on the street. Everything is very clean and arranged, only the outside armchairs are a little stained, but it is understandable because they are outdoors. The room had air conditioning, wifi and hot water.
If I could add something, it would be a minibar for the room and private parking.

The entire stay was excellent, excellent service, cordiality and good attention. The only "bad" thing is that there is no private parking, it is directly on the street. However, they say that it is not unsafe, but that alone is not excellent.
