A stay that exceeded all expectations! This stay was absolutely perfect and deserves a full five stars! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station, and surrounded by shopping districts and food streets, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and dining. Check-in was handled with exceptional efficiency by the front desk staff, who explained everything with a smile and even helped with my luggage, instantly relieving any travel fatigue. Entering the room was an even bigger surprise; it was spotless, and you could walk barefoot on the floor without any problem. The bedding was soft and comfortable; I didn't want to get up, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The room was fully equipped with amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart toilet, showing thoughtful attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, every step made me feel valued and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it!

This is absolutely terrible! The room reeked of smoke, and the cleanliness wasn't even as good as a 200 RMB hotel outside. How dare they charge 300 RMB a night? Entering the room was extremely uncomfortable, like a *******. The toilet was still wet when I went in, as if someone had just checked out and the room had just been cleaned.

Warning! Parking in the open space in front of the hotel costs 70 yuan per night, or 5 yuan per hour. There are no barriers or meters for parking at night, and the road was blocked and locked the next day. When we asked the hotel reception, they said the parking spaces in front of the hotel belonged to the restaurant next door. When asked if they had their contact information, they said no and told us to handle it ourselves. Both landline numbers at the restaurant entrance were invalid. We had to go up to the restaurant to ask, and it took five people before a manager came out and started calculating on a calculator. We parked in front of the hotel, went in and out three or four times with our luggage, and no one reminded us that the parking spaces weren't theirs. I seriously suspect the hotel and the restaurant are in cahoots. Service: Early in the morning, the cleaning lady didn't close the door properly while cleaning the next room. The door alarm kept beeping for at least half an hour, and no one did anything about it, seriously disturbing our rest. Environment: The toilet drain makes a bubbling, gurgling sound when the upstairs neighbor flushes, which is very unpleasant. Breakfast was terrible. They only had very cheap food, the most expensive being an egg. I asked for some noodles, and they just boiled them in plain water. I booked a room including breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all. The hotel doesn't even have a restaurant; the reception area is just a shop in the plaza. 5. The hotel offers free parking, but parking is extremely difficult. The small surface parking lot has very few spaces, and the underground parking lot is also small and cramped. In short, terrible. The room is large in size and has three bedside tables, which is very practical. The simple breakfast is delivered directly to the room, and the service is attentive.
