Everything was great! They definitely needed a new mattress could feel the springs and pillows were very flat and small for a king size

Wish they had a hot tub; however, the pool was nice. Very quiet for the overall trip. Loved chatting with the morning staff, made the morning better!

What I didn't like is the reason I choose this place was for the hot tub and after arriving found out there wasn't one available at the price I purchased the room for although it was included in the list of items that came with the room I purchased, to me this was not good business and is wrong to advertise something and not provide it

There is nothing i can say thats bad. The hotel was great. It was clean. The service was great. Attentive. I been here a few times. Itll always be my gobto hotel when im in Columbus.

We most enjoyed the cleanliness and location.
We were disappointed with the closeness to the front desk and the noise or all the late night activity.
