Buyer beware! the manager had given me the wrong door code in the rental confirmation and I couldn't enter the building when I arrived on a hot Saturday afternoon in July. No response to phone call, email, and no apology. By chance housekeeper was leaving building at that moment and let me in; otherwise I would have been locked out for a night or two. No one seemed at all bothered by this major error, perhaps because I'd paid in full in advance. Very shabby treatment for such an expensive place.

Large space, good for family with kids, close to British Museum, and walkable to anywhere, or you can take bus, ride a bike, underground subway, and many options. But there is no front desk, contact the manager through message is a good way, the response is mostly few hours or minutes. But overall was a good experience.

Second time we have booked Tavistock Place Apartments, and we will be using them again. The location is perfect in central London with short walking distance to several underground stations and King’s Cross/Euston/St Pancras. Brunswick Centre is round the corner and caters to all supermarket, pharmacy and quick bite needs. The flats are well maintained and comfortable, and equipped with all needs for short, medium or long stay. Perfect for us.

I wanted to leave a review to compliment the managers of this property. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for a short stay in London with my family. Everything went smooth. The property send us in advance all the details for access. I was impressed first of all by how clean and spotless is the property. Very nicely decorated. Although we didn't cook, a nice kitchen is available, with everything you need to organise yourself for some cooked meals. We were allowed to keep our luggage in the apartment until 2 pm when we had our transfer, which again was very convenient. It is very well positioned with shops, restaurants underground access, beautiful parks all in short walking distance. It is a peaceful area, just minutes away from the boiling places. All the requests we had were answered immediately, in a polite and efficient manner. I will definitely stay again here, because I often travel to London, as I find it very convenient and at high standards.

We went for 4 nights with two kids aged 5 and 8. Very clean and staff very helpful. Rooms equipped exactly as described. Modern furnishings and appliances. A nice plus was to find that the lift opens directly into the apartment. I would choose it again.
