The Z Hotel Trafalgar

The room is clean and location is great! It’s close to Adelphi theatre which is great for musicals!

Stayed for 2 nights for work. Room was very tiny.. when people say it’s tiny, it’s REALLY tiny, unsure of how 2 people could function in a room for more than one night but good for short stays. Warning that the shower can get VERY hot, burnt myself one night. Room was ok, a-bit tired but clean enough. Air-con is very noisy and didn’t feel it did anything but luckily wasn’t too hot in there when I went. Staff really friendly and I didn’t need them but gave the approach that if I did they’d be happy to help

Stayed here for 1 night. Excellent location to everything we wanted to be near. Friendly staff, lovely lobby area. Held our bags for us until we could check in. On arriving in our room all seemed fine. Went to get a shower and the part used to adjust shower height and it was broken. Went down to lobby and told them. Handyman came straight up and sorted however, it was slightly annoying as it took 30 mins off our time to get ready. Bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable. Would stay again for a 1 night stay but don’t think I’d manage more than 1 on the beds.

I was looking for a no-frills overnight stay, as I was attending a function elsewhere in walking distance. It is a basic place, but the key thing is that it is clean and the bed was comfortable. I would go here again. Plus points are that the toilet/shower area was amazing for the size of the room. Clean, modern and recommended.

We have just returned from a long weekend stay here and I can honestly say it was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Krishna who did the nighttime shift on the bar he stood out (my partner and I both said that it’s rare that you see someone take so much pride and care in their work as he does). The location was amazing, the hotel and rooms were very clean, tidy and modern, the beds were really comfortable, our room didn’t have a window but we knew that this may be a possibility before we booked so that wasn’t an issue, there was complimentary cheese and wine on the Saturday evening, the rooms were small but we only really used them to sleep and shower so again, not an issue. I think if I was staying in London for longer then we may choose somewhere else with bigger rooms but for a long weekend it was perfect. Overall, we had a great stay, excellent value for money, friendly, welcoming staff and a brilliant location! Will definitely be staying again.

Have to admit that I wasnt stunned upon arriving at the hotel. Plain facade, small reception and the floor tiles looked old, it got worse when I arrived in my room on ground floor with a window overlooking a corridor (with blinds) and with just hanging space instead of a wardrobe. However after 5mins I realised that everything was fully functional with multiple light settings, big screen tv and a lovely shower where water came out like spray. And who needs a wardrobe after all if you can hang shirts/trousers along the wall? Probably my review would have been different if we were two in a room, but for one its just fine, bit pricey though

It was a comfy hotel, rooms aren’t big, but really good location, all facilities and staff super friendly, Diego gave us a really good advice. They have plenty Spanish speaking staff. Rooms very clean.
