Our stay at this unique London hotel was, as always, an extraordinary experience. Located at the corner of Park Lane and Mount street in Mayfair the location is impeccable. The staff is welcoming and the ultra-private atrium where meals are served is unique. The suites are spacious and a great value for a 5 star London hotel. The concierge staff led by Emanuele is wonderful and the F&B under the new executive chef and manager is first-rate. A must stay for the discerning London visitor.

What an absolute treat this was! From the time we entered the reception, the concierge was amazing. The Grosvenor suites really do have that personal touch and they have thought of everything when it comes to service and the "small things". Beautifully designed, clean and well thought out with a contemporary feel. We had everything we could want in our room (the chocolates were delicious!), its fully equipped so if you want "home from home" then you have it but with the extra luxuries of course ;-) I don't think I would anywhere else now when traveling to London for leisure time. Thank you team!

I wish I could move into this hotel tomorrow. The location is perfect - within easy walking distance of London's most alluring restaurants and shopping, and next to Hyde Park which is stunningly beautiful. The rooms are very large - actually to call them "rooms" is an undersell, they're actually more like apartments. Perfect for (like us) a family group. Kitchen, dining area, large living room, everything you need to feel like you are really living in London rather than just visiting. The staff is amazing too - incredibly friendly and helpful. I think we've stayed 4 times and there's a good reason - it's absolutely perfect. Try it!!!

This week I partook in a party and I can say this has been my best party by far. We were people from all around the globe and we were all received with a level of excellence and hospitality that exceeded our expectations. Special mention to Fernando that gave us the most discrete and perfect service. Any time someone asks me for a recommendation for a private party I will 100% recommend this venue. The hotel and staff went above and beyond to create an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie, giving us unforgettable memories that we will cherish for years to come.

Terrific location, terrific property, and terrific service. Location on Park Lane was convenient to Marylebone, Mayfair and Knightsbridge. Property is beautiful, with large rooms, tasteful design, and good views. Staff was extremely helpful.

Excellent hotel in an outstanding area of Mayfair, with elegant large suites and fantastic staff who understand customer service. The Atrium is a comfortable and tranquil refuge for breakfast or dining. The concierge team is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff, great beds and nice view of Hyde park.Very spacious with a great living room and kitchen. I stayed in the 2 bed room,I would recommend for family as it’s a very quiet hotel, and it’s a walk from everywhere u could vist as a tourist

The service at Grosvenor House Suites was truly outstanding. The concierge staff assisted us both in advance of and during out stay. The reception staff accommodated special requests in a manner beyond what we might have expected. Restaurant service was excellent. Housekeeping beyond expectations. 5 star from beginning to end.

We just returned from a week staying at the Grosvenor House Suites in London and it was a truly first class experience. Our room was large (a suite) and beautiful and overlooked Hyde Park. The room had great amenities including a large refrigerator and washer/dryer unit. The hotel was very quiet - we never heard noise either inside or coming in from the outside. What we most enjoyed was the wonderful service. Stephanie at the front desk welcomed us warmly and was very helpful getting us oriented to the room and neighborhood. Lukas at the concierge desk helped us ship a box home. And Lena in the dining room served us a delightful lunch the day we arrived. We can't wait to return to this wonderful place.
