Superb location for a wonderful stay in London with friends. Suites are spacious with all the amenities and extras to make the stay perfect. Staff are so welcoming, helpful and made the stay smooth and worry free. A highlight was afternoon tea in the atrium. Razvan looked after us impeccably, with a smile and humour. The afternoon tea was delicious - a feast for the eyes and palate and I cannot recommend highly enough. It was a fantastic few days in the heart of London.

The most amazing stay ever! Visited with a group of friends and stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. Staff were so attentive and friendly. The suite had every facility imaginable. Breakfast menu was varied and as for the afternoon tea served by Razvan- out of this world experience. Highly recommend!

We were staying at this little hidden gem tucked away from Mayfair with my family in June The room was beautifully decorated giving you a home away home feel. The welcome plate amenities was a great surprise for both adults and child with lovely message to welcome us !! Dinner at the Atrium was a perfect place to enjoy a lovely yet quiet dinner Food was so delicious and beautifully presented . Breakfast was enjoyed in our room as room service was brought up and presented it just like home. The best finish was the complimentary transfer to o Eurostar for our next destination Paris. All in all I must say short but definitely sweet !! 5 stars experience from start to finish Definitely will be back again !

Not enough space/wardrobe for clothes. The heating didn’t work upon arrival, with rooms at 18°C in the middle of winter! The heating was never repaired in one of the rooms, which then stayed at 26°C. Plumbing in the wardrobe of the room made it impossible to sleep all night and took up the entire wardrobe space! Warning sign about gas leaks… very reassuring in a 5-star hotel room. Huge red alarm light flashing all night in the wardrobe. Basic cleaning very insufficient for the bathrooms, etc. Not enough water provided without charge. Dust under the beds, unimaginable for a 5-star hotel. Food wasn’t great. Very unconfortable beds. They ran out of Nutella for the kids, then lactose-free milk, then pancakes... no possibility for any changes or any effort made to adjust the room price despite our many complaints. The only good service was from the concierges. Not sure I’ll return.

I had a fantastic time me and my family at GHS as always. I know this hotel for a long time, but this year is a different year for me and my family, the service and the people who are serving the guest are excellent and I met the Front of House Manager Manon, she treated us like family with a genuine approach, she is a professional and did a lot of things for us that’s made us very happy with my family and the service from the hotel : concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage and reception this year really went above and beyond. We will come back as usual for next year and looking forward to it!

My seined home is Grosvenor House suites , Manon the Front of House Manager, she is super , definitely will come back again and will recommend this hotel 100%. From the arrival to the departure the service was tremendous, I always feels like home. Thank you GHS Team!

Amazing Staff , very kind and helpfull Excellent location room space is very good Aminities are amazing it only needs little mainitance here and there The only negative point i felt was their Ala Cart breakfast , i felt it was overpriced Room rates comes as room only. i had breakfast once and didnt repeat

The moment we walked in we were treated really well. A lovely welcome, up the lifts to reception, a very smooth check in and introduction to the hotel. Everything was really well laid out, a lovely ambience and relaxed feel in the lobby and atrium bar. The atrium is a relaxed and stylish space. Nice food and drinks, and excellent service. We had a 3 bedroom suite. A very well appointed suite. First class layout of the suite, nice furniture, immaculately clean and tidy, and fully stocked kitchen area. Room service is super responsive, really professional team. The GM introduced himself when we were in the lobby. He checked in on us and made sure everything was as expected… A really nice courtesy and thoughtful touch. This GHS will be my go to for staying in London. Excellent location, service and staff. I would highly recommend.
