Grosvenor House Suites is definitely one of the hidden gems. We haven't stayed in a hotel or a serviced apartment that is as welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with open arms by the concierge team the moment we got off the airport transfer. We were greeted with drinks and cookies again by the reception team when we got to the 2nd-floor lobby. They made sure everyone in our family is taken care of, including our 22-month-old son. Marco brought out a box full of toys for my son to choose from! Christian then took us on a room tour, explained all the amenities in detail, and made sure we felt right at home. Upon entering our suite, the dining table was beautifully arranged with a bottle of wine, a basket of fresh fruits, a platter of nuts to sample, and cookies and teas that are exclusive to the UK. Every day, the housekeepers will tidy up your room twice a day! Once in the morning to do a general cleaning of your entire suite, and the 2nd time in the evening to put out the room slippers and place a bottle of water on the nightstands. They even did the dishes we left in the sink! We were truly spoiled and did not know how we could return home after this trip. GHS made us fall in love with London during our first visit. We felt like royalty and often didn’t even want to leave the hotel because it was so cozy and comfortable. Special thanks to some amazing staff who we got to converse on a deeper level - Marco, Robert, Carolina, Christian, Yannick, Antonio, and Lubna. And a heartfelt thank-you to Mr. Henning for making our son’s first international trip such an unforgettable experience. GHS, you have established another level of hospitality. We want to come back !
