The Shay, A Destination by Hyatt Hotel

Very new hotel with a strong sense of design. Good location from santa monica and beverly hills are very close. Next to the mall is also very close to the street that eats brunch on sunset ave. It is definitely not wrong to live in this hotel for friends who don't consider living in Chinatown.

This is an American-style motel. I wanted to experience it at least once, but I felt like the owner kept the facility clean and well maintained. Thank you for watching the various episodes. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit weak, but it didn't affect use. Convenience facilities such as heating and cooling, bedding, refrigerator, microwave, and table were well-equipped, so there was no difficulty in staying there. Considering LA is so large, I think the location is actually not bad. If you're used to taking the bus, the bus stops nearby are well connected to major locations, so it's not a bad idea to get around!

We were the first night in Los Angeles, after the flight from Italy. The owner is very kind and available, although I was not speaking English almost all, he tried to get to understand as much as possible. If we have a chance we will come back before the end of the holiday. The room is large enough and clean enough, there is a microwave, a phone and even a steam iron. With bathrooms, too, a stick and a dental, they are not everywhere. I asked if I could check out soon and he said there was no problem. The Hollywood books are also read from the top floor.
Kimpton Hotel Wilshire

When I arrived at the hotel, a 4 star hotel, there was no one outside to greet us or help with bags and no visible valet or sign. I checked in and got to my room but it wasn't what I had paid for. I selected a room with a large soaking tub and was looking forward to that aspect. I got a room with a big 6 foot conference table in it. I was really disappointed but when I went to the front desk they told me it was an upgrade? But then admitted they'd overbooked that room type!! When I went up to the roof restaurant/bar I was the only one there which isn't a good sign but also the waiter told me the chef was on a break for fifteen minutes so my order would take a while. It was just ridiculous to me, especially for a four star place. It started to make sense why no one was there. Lastly, my room was not cleaned for two days!!! I told them about that too.....my garbage was overflowing and I literally had a bath towel with a hole in it! I do NOT recommend this place. There are so many other better options in Los Angeles by far. Someone said the hotel is lipstick on a pig...it's true.
