I really liked the fact that the beds are very comfortable and the mattresses are not so deep making it easier for someone who is 5'2" with arthritis. I would highly recommend this property.

The parking was terrible, we walked into our room and couldn't get the door opened because the floor has huge bubble in the center of the floor, Volume didn't work on the TV, light in the bathroom didn't work and strobed causing myself and others with instant headaches, chipped paint everywhere and black hairs all over the toilet and ***** all over the tub. It's not like we could just get another hotel anywhere else because of the event over the weekend. Will not recommend anyone to stay at your hotel

Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Only bad I can say, the beds to me were not comfortable, but that would not keep me from staying again.

Room walls were craked in many areas, not sure why but didn’t expect to see that. Went out for dinner and upon return entire lot full except one premier member parking spot. Street parking didn't seem to be an option due to the area so parked in the premier spot even though not having that status. Lot was very small and hotel main entrance in an awkward spot. Seems they just stuck the hotel on that property so it fit without thoroughly planning convenient pedestrian and traffic flows and issues. In the morning there was barely warm water for showers

People congregated in another room and were super loud until 4am!! Also couldn’t block the light from the window at night. Had to wait to check-in until the housekeeping lady found someone to check me in (who apparently decided to leave the premises for a break). The housekeeping ladies were great, however, and the room and breakfast area was very clean. Based on all the issues, though, I will not stay at this hotel again.
