The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the river. The hotel owner knew a little Chinese, and I thought he understood it, which led to a misunderstanding and almost caused trouble.

The room is simple and has a floor. The Mekong River is across the road, and the balcony has a great view. There are many restaurants around, and the main scenic spots are not far away, and can be reached within a kilometer on foot.

Not a good idea except that you can see the Mekong River if you stay in a room near the window.
There is no soundproofing, so the noise of cars and parties can be heard loudly until late at night. I stayed for 3 nights and there was no cleaning done at all.

Pretty house and nice but quite small room with a tiny bathroom.
I was really looking forward to the balcony, but the street in front of the house has more traffic than I thought, so I wouldn't be able to sit comfortably and read on the balcony. (It's not the hotel's fault, but just for info). But it's a great location.
The accommodation doesn't offer breakfast, but in the house next door you can use the breakfast buffet for 100,000 kip (March '24), which I found very practical.
