Eco Hotel Benacus

The Benacus Hotel was the best choice. With a top 10 staff that makes you feel welcome every day. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the promenade that takes you to the lake. Bikes rented from the hotel, they were a great help, and the reception checked them before everything was ok. The breakfast was also varied and the people there very friendly, who brought a smile to your face in the early hours of the morning. We will definitely choose Hotel Benacus next time.♥️

Everything was great - the rooms are bug, clean, the breakfast extremely tasty, the staff is very helpful. Great sights nearby, lovely pool. We enjoyed every bit of this experience, the hotel should ne at least 4*

the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff ready to give their assistance. The premises is situated about 2 kilometers from the city center which can be reached through a very pleasant, easy walk along the lake. The city center can also be reached by means of a bus which has stops close to the hotel. The restaurants which give a 10% discount for Eco Hotel Benacus guests provided good food at a reasonable price. The only discomfort was that after 11 p.m. the lifts were not available. I have no objection to recommend this premises to friends.

Firstly would like to say a massive thank you to Roberto the owner of the hotel for such a welcoming and warm reception we received this was my first time at hotel benacus but my family have stayed here before and they couldn’t agree more how welcoming and helpful the staff was with any queries or recommendations we had, being a frequent traveller myself this hotel is one of the cleanest and well kept I’ve come across also I’d like to say as a plumber I appreciate a good bathroom and wash facilities and hotel benacus has an up to date top quality fittings and fixtures which has my approval 😅the pool/sunbathing area has the most beautiful views of the mountains and it’s nice a peaceful if you fancy a nice quiet day back at the hotel, the hotel has ample parking and also has bikes and electric scooters to rent it’s situated a short walk into malcestine also has a Bay Area (val di sogna) just across the road where you can take a dip in the lake if you choose to, breakfast can be enjoyed inside on out on there balcony which hosts a relaxing feel while enjoying your breakfast, overall I would throughly recommend this hotel for its customer service alone let alone the great facilities itself I will be coming back next year! Side note: there’s a bus stop outside the hotel which you can take a bus up and down the lake it’s a nice central location along the lake so you can enjoy a few towns at ease or you can take the ferry from malcesine across the lake to other towns quite easy also I recommend the cable car up the mountain the view is unreal

Roberto and staff were always so helpful and accommodating giving expert local knowledge to assist. We arrived early hours of the morning which Roberto kindly stayed up to let us into rooms. Clean, friendly, all the amenities you could want. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you 😊

Hotel Bennacus is a really nice hotel, lovely and clean and the staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Roberto. My only downside was the pillows in the bedroom were a little thin/flat, but other than that cannot fault anything!

Hotel Benacus is a very pleasant and clean hotel. The owner family and the staff is doing their utmost to provide you everything for a perfect holiday. Located on a 20 minutes walk over the boulevard to Malcesine.

This hotel is the best value in Malcesine. The location is directly on the Tourist Bus line, a short walk to the waterfront and center. The hotel is extreme clean, has on site secure parking, one of the best breakfast buffets, solar heated swimming pool, amazing views and the best hospitality team. The owner must be doing something right to inspire all of the employees because each one is committed to insuring you have the best stay possible. Cant wait to return.

Great hotel in a great town. 10-15-minute walk across the street and down the hill to the lakeside walkway/bike path, beaches and lakefront restaurants. 20-30-minute walk to downtown Malcesine. We stayed on the mountain side of the hotel (not facing the street), and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast had many options that should cover all possible needs. Pool area was nice. Onsite parking is available.
