Place was not clean. I understand it just re-opened, but it is in such need up updating, cleaning and overall general maintenance. It was horrible. They never even gave you number for the front desk. There was not a phone in the first room we were in. We moved to another room. Used towels were never replaced, no amenities what so ever in the room. Both rooms were dirty abd cold.

The initial room that we were put in had stagnant water in the sink which was clogged up. There was a large wet spot on the rug by the bed from a leak. The bathroom was not clean at all, it had a used washcloth thrown over the shower rod and a used bar of soap on the tub and the entire bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time it was filthy.
The staff only changes the sheets, makes the bed and replaces the towels. The room smelled like cigarettes and when we pointed out the things wrong with the room the individual who identified himself as the manager was rude. The pictures on the site are extremely misleading this place is atrocious. I have stayed in some places that were on the cheaper side but this was a dump.

The hotel is what it is, its a place to sleep and that's it. I paid $100 for the night but the hotel isn't worth more than $60 or $70 a night. I think I was clearly paying a much higher rate than other people that I saw staying there. Not a terrible hotel, but certainly not a $100 a night hotel.

Hotel was being used, in part to house "undesirable ". There was trash and litter all over. Felt unsafe.

I should’ve read the reviews ahead of time. We got there and I immediately was apprehensive from seeing the outside. I checked in and we went to eat, then we came back and went into our room. The smell was HORRID. I’m not what the whole mix was but there was definitely some cigarette smell along with something else. We didn’t even stay an hour. There were people outside their room doing haircuts. It seems most people here are permanent residents, and they don’t care about the cleanliness of things. I’m currently waiting for a refund as it was so bad we didn’t even stay the night, I immediately booked somewhere else.

You get what you pay for. Room was ok aside from lots of hair on the bathroom floor. Be sure to order utensils with food deliveries. None offered at property.

The property and general area seemed rundown and forgotten. It was, as described in other reviews, a place to sleep for the night. As for the room, the bed was clean and comfortable, but the rest was unfavorable. There is black mold throughout the bathroom, especially around the air vent and the area where the pipe feeds the shower head, and areas where water damages were "repaired" also had mold and mildew surrounding the patches. There was old chewed gum on the phone cord, and maybe too many other items to list. As for the atmosphere, it was unsavory. Weekly room rentals are OK for out of town business travelers and such, but not for those who wish to live anonymously and 'discreetly'. Overall, I would not suggest staying here unless you really have no other choice.

Dirty facility and gave me a joint room, they put a refrigerator in front of the joint room! Horrible!!! Cigar in the garbage and sheets had holes in them!!
