At 3 o'clock in the evening, a man knocked the doorbell and knocked three times. The third time he knocked on the door and shouted to let the door open, saying that he was the hotel manager and said that I had the wrong card. He called the front desk for the first time and said to check the surveillance. I knocked on the door for the second time after a few minutes and called the front desk to let the security guard go up. I didn’t see the security guard. After a while, I knocked on the door frantically for the third time. When I checked out in the morning, no one answered me. Afraid to sleep.

I stayed here based on the reviews. After checking in, I felt very good. I booked it considering the location and convenience for a beach vacation. After checking in, I felt that the place was very clean and tidy, especially the bedding, which was very satisfying for someone like me who is very mysophobic! The front desk staff are attentive and enthusiastic. The room is very new and the beach is just a few steps away. The facilities and equipment are very complete. The wedding chapel and poetry chapel are great for checking in and taking photos. The infinity pool and restaurant on the 7th floor are great for taking photos. The vacation environment is very comfortable, and overall I am very satisfied. I will stay at the Maoming Romantic Coast Sheraton Resort next time!

Check-in experience for a week after National Day: #Location traffic is very close to Jingling, about 13 minutes, 20 minutes to the city. There is no light on the road at night, it is very dark, the neighborhood is very deserted, there is no breakfast shop, it is more convenient to drive by car. #Room facilities basic commodity building equipment, kitchen, one suite (room compared to the other two large, but the lights have been flashing a bit scary) One room's bed is very small, one room is floor-to-ceiling windows to the balcony. #The sanitary wall has been moldy and black, the sofa in the living room is dirty, the toilet is clean, and the quilt of the bed is slightly yellow. #Service is OK, online to explain the problem, the deposit is refunded quickly. #The room view style is simple and beautiful, the balcony can see the sunrise, the view is very open, there is no obstacle, you can see the park, and you can see the beach in the distance. #The price/performance ratio compared with a few software found that it is the cheapest here, the price of more than 400 nights, the price is ok, it is not worth it if it exceeds.

I went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there. As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers. The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence. Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

The service is really good, Xiao Yang at the front desk is very welcoming, and the check-in is very efficient!
