I liked the comfort of the hotel and the courtesy of the staff. I would definitely book a room with The Best Inn and Suites in the future.

Terrible trip! First, we were unaware of $100 CASH deposit so we had to go to the bank. Second, we were given a room at the furthest end of the hall near an exit that does not allow entry. Ok. Then on the morning of what was supposed our second day, the staff is banging on the door talking about putting our things out into the lobby. The manager comes to the door and states they were paid for only one night, even though my online receipt clearly shows 2 nights paid. ********** blamed the hotel; the hotel blamed **********, and meanwhile we were left to scramble for accommodations for our 2nd night. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Be prepared to pay a $100 deposit in cash when you get here. You do get it back, but still a hassle. Also bring blankets. They basically give you 2 sheets.

The room was clean but minimally outfitted. The chair was too low for the table, only one trash can, minimal toiletries, and no printed instructions for the TV--had to contact the desk to learn how to get to the right setting to watch TV.

The stay was excellent. When my friend was trying to be nice and get me some breakfast the front desk lady told her she is not allowed to bring food back to the room. When she finally got back the food was terrible. Everything was very undercooked. Very bad morning!

I never found the property. There was no phone number to call. Just the ******* chat, which said it never found my reservation. So now I’m sleeping in my car because no one has any rooms. You know I want a refund.

I was worried after reading some reviews but it was clean. We just needed a place to sleep after a concert and this place was fine. Id stay again.

Felt like we couldn't touch anything. Sheets didn't fit proper so pulled off and we didn't want to touch the mattress so tried just sleeping in the middle. Only one towel and we used it to cover the chair so we could sit in it. No soap or shampoo in room. Remote needed batteries and was so sticky and gross. Having to leave $100 cash security was unexpected.
